摘   要：目的  分析并研究激素替代治療對(duì)于圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征的婦女子宮內(nèi)膜的厚度和激素水平的影響，以便于為臨床研究提供可行性參考。方法  選取我院2014年12月～2017年1月收治的圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征患者88例，隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組，每組44例。對(duì)照組選擇采用谷維素進(jìn)行單獨(dú)治療，觀察組患者選擇采用補(bǔ)佳樂(lè)、黃體酮軟膠囊進(jìn)行治療，觀察并比較兩組患者治療前后的子宮內(nèi)膜厚度以及治療后孕酮、卵泡雌激素、雌二醇、黃體生成素等激素水平。結(jié)果  治療前，兩組患者子宮內(nèi)膜厚度相比，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）;治療后，兩組患者子宮內(nèi)膜較治療前均明顯增厚，且觀察組患者子宮內(nèi)膜增加厚度高于對(duì)照組患者，兩組相比差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組患者治療后孕酮水平相比，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）;觀察組卵泡雌激素、雌二醇均高于對(duì)照組，黃體生成素水平低于對(duì)照組，兩組相比，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論  圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征婦女采用激素替代治療方法，能夠有效增加患者子宮內(nèi)膜的厚度，有效改善機(jī)體激素水平，值得推廣使用。

　　Effect of Hormone Replacement Therapy on Endometrial Thickness and Hormone Level in Women with Perimenopausal Syndrome

　　Abstract：Objective  To study the effect of hormone replacement therapy on endometrial thickness and hormone level in women with perimenopausal syndrome.In order to provide a feasible reference for clinical research.Methods  88 patients with perimenopausal syndrome from December 2014 to January 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups：observation group（n=44）and control group（n=44）.The control group adopted oryzanol alone treatment，the patients in the observation group were selected by progesterone soft capsules，progynova treatment，observation and endometrial thickness before and after treatment were compared between the two groups after treatment，progesterone，estradiol，follicle stimulating hormone，luteinizing hormone levels.Results  Before treatment，there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups（P>0.05）.After treatment，the endometrium of the two groups increased significantly compared with that before treatment，and the endometrial thickness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the level of progesterone after treatment between the two groups （P>0.05）.The estrogen and estradiol levels in the follicles of the observation group were higher than those in the control group，and the level of luteinizing hormone was lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion  Hormone replacement therapy in women with perimenopausal syndrome can effectively increase the thickness of endometrium and improve the hormone level，which is worth popularizing.
