摘   要：目的  評(píng)價(jià)光動(dòng)力療法治療男性不同部位頑固性尖銳濕疣的臨床效果，探尋男性頑固性尖銳濕疣的有效治療方法。方法  收集2016年5月～2017年4月在安徽醫(yī)科大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院皮膚性病科門診就診的男性頑固性尖銳濕疣患者36例，其中尖銳濕疣位于陰囊2例、陰莖19例、尿道口3例、肛周12例。通過(guò)使用光動(dòng)力療法對(duì)其進(jìn)行治療，并定期隨訪6個(gè)月和評(píng)價(jià)臨床效果。結(jié)果  最終35例男性頑固性尖銳濕疣患者完成治療和隨訪，尖銳濕疣平均治療次數(shù)位于陰囊（4.50±2.12）次、陰莖（3.36±1.21）次、尿道口（4.00±1.00）次和肛周（2.18±1.66）次。陰囊部位和尿道口部位的尖銳濕疣患者均全部達(dá)到治愈，陰莖部位尖銳濕疣患者有4例復(fù)發(fā)，肛周部位尖銳濕疣患者有1例復(fù)發(fā)。比較陰莖部位和肛周部位尖銳濕疣患者的復(fù)發(fā)率，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。15例治愈的陰莖部位尖銳濕疣患者平均治療次數(shù)（3.40±1.35）次，10例治愈的肛周部位尖銳濕疣患者平均治療次數(shù)（2.30±1.70）次，兩組對(duì)比差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。治療過(guò)程中1例患者出現(xiàn)輕微疼痛、局部燒灼感，6例患者出現(xiàn)輕度紅腫現(xiàn)象，均于治療后2日內(nèi)消退，對(duì)治療效果不產(chǎn)生影響。結(jié)論  光動(dòng)力療法治療男性不同部位頑固性尖銳濕疣具有良好的效果，肛周和陰莖部位無(wú)明顯療效差異，值得臨床推廣和應(yīng)用。

　　Clinical Observation of Photodynamic Therapy for Intractable Condyloma Acuminatum in Different Parts of Men

　　Abstract：Objective  To evaluate the clinical effect of photodynamic therapy on intractable condyloma acuminatum in different parts of male.Methods  From May 2016 to April 2017，36 male patients with intractable condyloma acuminatum were collected from the Department of Dermatology and Venereology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University.Among them，2 cases of condyloma acuminatum were located at scrotum，19 cases at penis，3 cases at urethral orifice and 12 cases at perianal.It was treated with photodynamic therapy and was followed up for 6 months and evaluated the clinical effect.Results  35 male patients with refractory condyloma acuminatum completed the treatment and follow-up.The average number of treatments for condyloma acuminatum was scrotum（4.50±2.12）times，penis（3.36±1.21）times，urethral orifice（4.00±1.00）times and perianal（2.18±1.66）times.All the patients with condyloma acuminatum at scrotum and urethral orifice were cured，4 patients with condyloma acuminatum recurred at penis，1 patient with condyloma acuminatum around anus，the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum at penis and perianal area. There was no significant difference （P>0.05）.The average number of times of treatment for 15 cases of condyloma acuminatum at the penile area was（3.40±1.35）times.The average number of times of treatment for 10 cases of condyloma acuminatum at the perianal area was（2.30±1.70）times，and there was no significant difference between the two groups（P>0.05）.During treatment，1 patients had mild pain and local burning sensation，and 6 patients had mild redness and swelling.They all subsided within 2 days after treatment，and had no effect on the therapeutic effect.Conclusion  Photodynamic therapy is effective in treating refractory condyloma acuminatum in different parts of the male， and there is no significant difference at perianal and penile location.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
