Tudou, one of China"s first-andthe world"s largest-online videowebsites, is preparing for an initialpublic offering (IPO) on the Nasdaq.Unnamed sources said the firm plans to listin the first quarter of 2011 and expects toraise $100-150 million in the IPO. Tudouhas hired Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bankfor the olanned IPO.
