六戶鎮(zhèn)是東營市的一個郊區(qū)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)，這里蘊藏著豐富的石油、天然氣和地下水資源，是勝利油田的主油區(qū)之一。 　　在外人的印象里，黃河三角洲油區(qū)應(yīng)該是泛著鹽堿的黃土地上，豎立著一個個采油機，地面上是采油留下的一片片黑色的油污，連空氣中都彌漫著石油的味道。然而走進六戶鎮(zhèn)，你一定會對自己的思維產(chǎn)生懷疑。
　　這個地方非比尋常！境內(nèi)河渠縱橫，林木繁茂，生態(tài)資源保護良好，是國家綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)示范區(qū)。作為典型的城市近郊農(nóng)業(yè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)，六戶鎮(zhèn)努力改變傳統(tǒng)的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長方式，成功走出了一條綠色生態(tài)型發(fā)展之路。
　　六戶鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，經(jīng)歷了一個戰(zhàn)略性抉擇的過程。地處油區(qū)，有發(fā)展石油化工的得天獨厚的優(yōu)勢。但六戶鎮(zhèn)審時度勢，跳出資源消耗型的傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展模式，提出建設(shè)“生態(tài)名鎮(zhèn)”、“旅游強鎮(zhèn)”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。利用地處城郊的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢和土地廣袤肥沃的資源優(yōu)勢，利用黃河三角洲生態(tài)高效經(jīng)濟區(qū)建設(shè)的有利時機，選擇綠色生態(tài)型發(fā)展道路，大力發(fā)展以新型服務(wù)業(yè)、綠色農(nóng)業(yè)、生態(tài)旅游等為支撐的生態(tài)經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)，實現(xiàn)資源的“減負(fù)”與“再造”，以最小的資源環(huán)境代價，謀求經(jīng)濟社會最大限度的發(fā)展。
　　生態(tài)環(huán)境的改善，換來“綠色”產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢。作為全國環(huán)境優(yōu)美鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)，六戶鎮(zhèn)著手生態(tài)涵養(yǎng)恢復(fù)工程，去冬今春新栽綠樹超過歷年成活樹木的總和。大許富硒西紅柿、田莊無公害冬棗等綠色蔬菜和時令瓜果，成為城市居民爭相購買的餐桌“新寵”。
　　幾年來，以“生態(tài)六戶”為方向，發(fā)展環(huán)境生態(tài)林、風(fēng)景觀賞林、經(jīng)濟效益林近4000公頃。為實現(xiàn)土地增收，六戶鎮(zhèn)開辟了萬畝 “一分田”認(rèn)種園，即“私屬菜園”。該菜園位于六戶鎮(zhèn)生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)示范區(qū)，由“私屬菜園”、“果木林”、“珍花異草苑”、“野炊麗日山莊”等部分組成，建成后將是黃河三角洲最大的農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)園。在私屬菜園里，城市居民趁著周末的空閑時間，與家人一起侍弄租種的菜地，干點農(nóng)活，是勞動，更是享受。
　　計劃投資3.2億元的華林莊園項目作為全市重點旅游項目，預(yù)計2010年底以前基本建成。項目主要建設(shè)旅游集散中心綜合服務(wù)區(qū)和生態(tài)高效農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)兩大功能區(qū)。目前，休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)已完成七大類十幾個品種的果樹、觀光苗木花卉栽植及綠化苗木繁育16萬株。同時，圍繞生態(tài)旅游這個重點，服務(wù)業(yè)有了長足發(fā)展。麗日鋤禾私屬菜園、攬翠湖度假區(qū)、勝大森林木屋、武王采摘園等旅游景點串點成線，服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展勢頭強勁。
　　此外，六戶鎮(zhèn)成功舉辦了西紅柿采摘節(jié)和甜瓜采摘節(jié)，今年將進一步整合華林莊園、攬翠湖、麗日鋤禾等旅游資源，構(gòu)建起集餐飲、娛樂、勞動體驗等多功能為一體的城市近郊游精品線路。引導(dǎo)有條件的村和農(nóng)戶推出“農(nóng)家樂”休閑項目，培育發(fā)展具有地方優(yōu)勢、特色優(yōu)勢和較強市場競爭力的旅游產(chǎn)品，構(gòu)建多層次的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)體系。
　　在生態(tài)鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)中，六戶人已達(dá)成共識：走生態(tài)型發(fā)展道路，實現(xiàn)生態(tài)經(jīng)濟投入、產(chǎn)出的良性循環(huán)。觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變，來自于生態(tài)建設(shè)帶來的種種收益。生態(tài)六戶吸引了大批城里人到這里觀光游玩，優(yōu)良的生態(tài)環(huán)境帶來了豐厚回報。據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計，近郊生態(tài)游發(fā)展間接轉(zhuǎn)移農(nóng)村勞動力2200多人，年社會旅游綜合收入960多萬元，實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟效益、社會效益、生態(tài)效益的三贏。
　　“隨著王崗700公頃中低產(chǎn)田改造項目的竣工和投資4000多萬元的武王片1800公頃國家級土地整理項目的開工建設(shè)，將使六戶綠色生態(tài)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的‘筋骨’更加強壯”，談到今后的發(fā)展，六戶鎮(zhèn)黨委書記馬學(xué)舜信心百倍：“今后我們將進一步整合區(qū)位、資源、生態(tài)等優(yōu)勢，爭當(dāng)黃河三角洲生態(tài)高效經(jīng)濟區(qū)建設(shè)的排頭兵�！�

　　Liuhu is a town in the suburbs of Dongying. This area overflows with rich resources of petroleum, natural gas and underground water, and is one of the main oil regions of the Shengli Oil Field.
　　Liuhu Town, a national green industry demonstration area, possesses numerous rivers and abundant forest resources. The ecological resources here are well protected. As a typical agricultural town on the outskirts of a city, Liuhu Town is making every effort to change from the traditional regional economic growth method and follow the road of green ecological development.
　　The improvement of the ecological environment brings the advantages of “Green” industry to Liuhu. As a national town in terms of beautiful environment, Liuhu Town embarked on the project of ecological recovery. The number of the newly planted trees in the winter of last year and the spring of this year exceeded the total of viable trees planted in all the previous years. Many types of green vegetable and fresh fruit in season such as Daxu Fuxi tomatoes and Tianzhuang non-pollution winter jujubes are well received in the market.
　　In recent years, by taking the “ecological Liuhu” as the orientation, Liuhu Town has developed environmental ecological forests, landscape forests, and economic benefit forests covering nearly 4,000 hectares. In order to increase the income from the land, Liuhu Town created about 667 hectares of “private vegetable garden”. This garden is in the ecological demonstration area of Liuhu Town. According to partial estimates, the development of the suburb ecological travel has indirectly transferred more than 2,200 rural workers.
