  摘 要:應(yīng)用SPSS軟件對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙煙區(qū)主要?dú)夂蛞蜃优c不同部位煙葉中常規(guī)化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行了相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果表明,不同氣候因子對(duì)煙葉常規(guī)化學(xué)成分含量的影響程度為:氣溫>累計(jì)降雨量>累計(jì)日照時(shí)數(shù)。其中4月氣溫與上部煙葉總糖、還原糖含量和下部煙葉鉀含量顯著正相關(guān);5月氣溫與上部煙葉氯含量和下部煙葉總植物堿含量呈顯著正相關(guān)。4月累計(jì)降雨量與上部煙葉總植物堿含量、鉀含量呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān);7月累計(jì)降雨量與上部煙葉糖堿比、中部煙葉鉀含量呈顯著正相關(guān)。4月累計(jì)日照時(shí)數(shù)與上部煙葉氯含量、下部煙葉總植物堿顯著正相關(guān),與下部煙葉糖堿比呈極顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。

  Abstract: Correlation analysis between meteorological factors and conventional chemical components of different grades tobacco in tobacco-growing area of Changsha were analyzed using SPSS software. The results indicated that the degree of correlation between the three meteorological factors and conventional chemical components of tobacco was temperature>rainfall>sunshine time. The monthly average temperature in April was significantly positively correlated with the total sugar and reducing sugar contents in upper leaves, with the potassium content in bottom leaves. The average temperature in May was significantly positively correlated with the chlorine content in upper leaves and the total alkaloid in bottom leaves. The rainfall in April was significantly negatively correlated with the total alkaloid and potassium in upper leaves. And the rainfall in July was significantly positively correlated with the ratio of sugar to nicotine in upper leaves and the potassium in middle leaves. The sunshine time in April was significantly positively correlated with chlorine in upper leaves and the total alkaloid in bottom leaves, but was significantly negatively correlated with the ratio of sugar to nicotine in bottom leaves.

  煙草是一種對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境的變化十分敏感的經(jīng)濟(jì)作物,品種相同的煙草在不同的生態(tài)環(huán)境中其常規(guī)化學(xué)成分和品質(zhì)具有明顯差異[1-3]。有研究發(fā)現(xiàn),栽培技術(shù)、煙草品種和生態(tài)環(huán)境對(duì)煙草質(zhì)量的貢獻(xiàn)率分別為10%、32%和56%[4],可見(jiàn),生態(tài)環(huán)境對(duì)煙草品質(zhì)有重要的影響。其中光照、溫度及降水量等環(huán)境氣候因子對(duì)煙葉質(zhì)量影響較大[5-7]。探究氣候因子與煙葉化學(xué)成分的關(guān)系,已經(jīng)成為許多煙草工作者所關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)[8-9]。姬興杰等[10]對(duì)河南煙區(qū)主要?dú)夂蛞蜃优c烤煙煙葉化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)溫?zé)嵋蛩貙?duì)烤煙化學(xué)成分影響程度最大,而光照因素影響最小。王嵐等[11]對(duì)云南省不同煙區(qū)煙葉中常規(guī)化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行了比較分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同地區(qū)因氣候差異造成煙葉常規(guī)化學(xué)成分顯著性差異。陳靜等[12]對(duì)煙區(qū)氣候因子與煙葉化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析研究,得出了氣溫、降水量及日照時(shí)數(shù)與煙葉主要化學(xué)成分具有顯著相關(guān)性。迄今為止,未見(jiàn)有關(guān)長(zhǎng)沙煙區(qū)煙葉化學(xué)成分與氣候因子關(guān)聯(lián)分析的文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道。本研究擬應(yīng)用SPSS軟件對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙煙區(qū)煙葉中常規(guī)化學(xué)成分與氣候因子中溫度、光照及降水量進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析,以期找出不同氣候因子對(duì)煙葉常規(guī)化學(xué)成分的影響,為長(zhǎng)沙煙葉生產(chǎn)提供參考。
