烤煙C3F等級煙葉表面顏色區(qū)域特征量化分析與聚類

摘要:為揭示烤煙C3F等級煙葉表面顏色的區(qū)域性差異,以2015年14個(gè)省份的C3F等級初烤煙葉為試材,采用多重比較和系統(tǒng)聚類法,對煙葉樣品的表面顏色進(jìn)行量化分析。結(jié)果表明:①烤煙表面顏色空間分布特征:明度(L*)為 47.90~63.77;紅度(a*)為14.12~15.56;黃度(b*)為39.91~53.52;顏色飽和度(C*)為42.07~55.73。②烤煙C3F等級煙葉表面顏色具有較強(qiáng)的區(qū)域性差異:長江中上游和西南煙區(qū)的黃度b*和顏色飽和度C*均顯著高于東南煙區(qū);黃淮和北方煙區(qū)烤煙C3F等級煙葉表面顏色特征參數(shù)較為相近,均沒有顯著性差異。③烤煙C3F等級煙葉表面顏色區(qū)域性差異形成的重要原因是生態(tài)條件差異所致,品種對其影響較小。④烤煙C3F等級煙葉表面顏色特征可分為四類,并呈現(xiàn)較強(qiáng)的區(qū)域特征分布。

Abstract In order to reveal the surface color regional disparity of C3F grade tobacco leaves,using the C3F grade cured tobacco leaves from 14 provinces in 2015 as the experimental materials,the surface color of tobacco leaf samples were quantitatively analyzed by the methods of multiple comparison and system clustering. The results were as follows. The surface color spatial distribution features of the flue-cured tobacco showed that the brightness (L*) was 47.90~63.77, the red degrees (a*) was 14.12~15.56, the yellow degree (b*) was 39.91~53.52, and the color saturation (C*) was 42.07~55.73. There were strong regional differences in C3F grade flue-cured tobacco leaf surface color. The b* and C* of upper-middle reaches of Yangtze river and Southwest tobacco areas were significantly higher than that of Southeast tobacco areas. There were no significant differences in C3F grade tobacco leaf surface color feature parameters in Huanghuai and North tobacco areas. The ecological condition was the important reason for formation of C3F grade flue-cured tobacco leaf surface color regional differences, and variety had the small effects.

煙葉的外觀特性主要是依靠人們眼看、手摸等感官做出的主觀判斷,是目前煙葉分級的主要依據(jù)[1]?竞鬅熑~的表面顏色是影響煙葉外觀質(zhì)量的主要因素[2],與煙葉品質(zhì)密切相關(guān)[3-5]。由于生態(tài)環(huán)境條件、栽培調(diào)制技術(shù)和品種的差異,烤后煙葉顏色表現(xiàn)不同[6,7]。〖HJ*4/9〗同一產(chǎn)地的烤煙受品種、成熟度、部位等影響,在顏色呈現(xiàn)上也存在一定的差異性[8-10]。基于分光光譜儀測定L*、a*、b*和C*顏色空間分布參數(shù)的研究,在煙草、木板、紡織等行業(yè)得到了廣泛應(yīng)用[11-13]。烤煙顏色主要由光澤強(qiáng)度、顏色飽和度及均勻程度共同呈現(xiàn)[14],但是有關(guān)烤煙顏色與L*、a*、b*和C*特征參數(shù)相關(guān)性的研究較少。目前,關(guān)于烤煙表面顏色的研究多為定性評價(jià),定量研究的較少[15]。對同一產(chǎn)區(qū)烤煙表面顏色的研究較多,而對于烤煙表面顏色地域性差異的研究較少[16,17]。本研究以全國5大煙區(qū)9個(gè)主栽品種的C3F等級煙葉為對象,測定其表面顏色特征參數(shù),并運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法深入研究該等級煙葉表面顏色的區(qū)域性差異和聚類分析,探究其在不同產(chǎn)區(qū)表面顏色的呈色特性和差異性成因,旨在為烤煙表面顏色系統(tǒng)的區(qū)域性劃分提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐和理論依據(jù)。
1材料與方法
1.1材料
采用2015年全國5大煙區(qū)14個(gè)。ㄊ校47個(gè)植煙縣(區(qū)、鄉(xiāng))9個(gè)烤煙品種的C3F等級初烤煙葉樣品。具體樣品信息見表1。
1.2指標(biāo)測定
煙葉表面顏色空間分布特征參數(shù)的測定采用Color-Eye 7000A 型分光光譜儀(美國,GretagMacbeth公司)。避開殘傷或病斑,在葉片距葉尖1/3處、葉中及距葉基部1/3處各選取2個(gè)共6個(gè)相對稱的點(diǎn)取樣測定,結(jié)果取其平均值,每個(gè)樣品取5片葉。主要測定參數(shù)為:L*(明度值)、a*(紅綠色度值,正值代表紅度,負(fù)值則代表綠度)、b*(黃藍(lán)色度值,正值代表黃度,負(fù)值則代表藍(lán)度)和C*(顏色飽和度)。具體原理及測定方法見參考文獻(xiàn)[18]。
