經(jīng)常聽人抱怨道：“投了也不給用，不知三江信息港想要什么……”起初出于完成任務(wù)，后來(lái)出于愛好，這一年來(lái)我一直堅(jiān)持寫稿，感覺這條寫稿、投稿的道路確實(shí)很艱辛，我也曾有過和別人一樣的想法。

作為寫作愛好者，每天習(xí)慣做的一件事，就是打開電腦走進(jìn)《建三江信息港》，把寫好的稿件投上去，然后，品讀《米都文化》里的美文，從中尋找靈感，吸取精華，在《旅游手記》里暢游祖國(guó)錦繡河山，在《景觀介紹》里領(lǐng)略北大荒如畫風(fēng)景，在《三江資訊》及《教育衛(wèi)生》里了解周圍的人和事，使新聞報(bào)道做到更新、更特、更吸引眼球。為了潤(rùn)色一篇好文章，不但閑下來(lái)的時(shí)候想，而且，看電視的時(shí)候想，吃飯的時(shí)候想，躺在床上睡不著的時(shí)候想，一有靈感了馬上記錄下來(lái)，有時(shí)，為找好文章的切入點(diǎn)，為了選好材，為了一句話而冥思苦想，有時(shí)也為了應(yīng)付，為了急于求成，不去潛心造句，不去用心斟酌，草草寫完就投上去。結(jié)果，凡是用心、投入地去寫的文章無(wú)一落空的，由此可見，寫文章需用心，用心做了這件事，收到了較好的回報(bào)，連續(xù)十幾篇都中稿了，增加了我投稿的信心。

然而，沒有常勝將軍，前段時(shí)間，連續(xù)十幾篇稿件都被拉到了回收站，有的死的更慘，連尸首都沒了，和那些投了幾篇不中就再也不寫了的人一樣，我沮喪過，失落過，可我從來(lái)沒有想過放棄，我不甘心，業(yè)余時(shí)間仍徜徉在字里行間，我將被叛了死刑的稿件從題目到選材，從每一段落到每一個(gè)句子反復(fù)讀、反復(fù)品，修改后再投上去，陸續(xù)都將它們救活了，失落的心得到了安慰，從中品嘗了寫作帶來(lái)的樂趣。每天，戴著老花鏡，用笨拙的手指敲打著鍵盤，在文字的世界里尋找我的快樂。由此可見，寫文章需要堅(jiān)持，持之以恒地做這件事，最終會(huì)有收獲的。

最初投稿時(shí)，中稿了就欣喜若狂，沒中就很懊惱，這種狀態(tài)下，寫作成了一種負(fù)擔(dān)，搞的自己很累，經(jīng)過一年多的勵(lì)練，我能夠以平常心態(tài)對(duì)待寫稿、投稿，中了固然好，沒中也不泄氣，大不了從頭再來(lái)，就當(dāng)是給自己寫的，把寫作的過程當(dāng)做是一種享受，結(jié)果中稿率反而上升了，由此可見，寫文章需要調(diào)整好心態(tài)，以平和的心態(tài)做這件事，最終會(huì)達(dá)到不平常的效果。即使這條寫稿、投稿的道路艱難，我決心一直走下去

3.四周后,審稿狀態(tài)為"Editorial Evaluation", 但是這個(gè)狀態(tài)維持了一周,我又沒有得到任何消息,不知道是被拒還是要小修,于是我再次Email主編:

Dear editor in-chief:

Thank you very much for your attendance on our manuscript JR****, entitled "*****". I am sorry to trouble you again, and I get to know the current status is Editorial Evaluation. But I am eager to know the reviewers comments about it since it had lasted for 3 months after the submission. Best wishes.

4.又過了一周,終于受到了主編的Email:

6.這次,不到兩個(gè)小時(shí),主編就回Email了:

We are waiting for the new edited report from the referee.

His personal information was on the report.

7.隨后,不到20分鐘,我就收到了JAP的decision letter:

Your manuscript, referenced below, has been reviewed for publication in Journal

可以說(shuō),這篇文章花了近4個(gè)月的時(shí)間,主要是前2個(gè)月沒有找到合適的評(píng)委.我個(gè)人認(rèn)為如果早點(diǎn)聯(lián)系的可能會(huì)快點(diǎn)的.總之,有什么問題,盡量及時(shí)跟主編聯(lián)系,一般的都會(huì)及時(shí)回信的.

希望我的個(gè)人經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)芙o大家有點(diǎn)幫助.

(2) 馬上快放寒假了，我有一篇論文投英國(guó)礦石、冶金、材料協(xié)會(huì)的期刊Materials Science and Technology，2007年12月4日投稿的，至今快7個(gè)星期。前天，我以“寒假在即”為理由，給主編發(fā)郵件催稿，郵件如下：

Dear Editor:

Please excuse me for taking some of your time.

I submitted a manuscript entitled “。 。。�！� (Ref. No. 。。) to Materials Science and Technology about 7 weeks ago. I do not know whether it is a proper time to contact you regarding the review process. However, I will start a one-month winter holiday from the end of this month. During this period, I will have few opportunities to access Internet. I wonder whether I can receive the reviewer’s comments before my holiday. If so, I can do some further work regarding the paper during the holiday.

在修回時(shí)，最頭痛的是如何滿足個(gè)別reviewer的“不可實(shí)現(xiàn)”的要求。我建議主要是引用理論和文獻(xiàn)加以解釋，作到精練有邏輯有說(shuō)服力。畢竟，寫比做還是要簡(jiǎn)單些。效果嗎，就要看個(gè)人的寫作能力和編輯的心情了。當(dāng)然，你能補(bǔ)數(shù)據(jù)和你有時(shí)間補(bǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的例外。

幽默與笑話投稿篇三：投稿注意

《理論探討》北大核心，南大核心。 幾乎每個(gè)人的投稿回復(fù)都是建議發(fā)增刊。正刊上不去。不管你是教授還是博士生，不信發(fā)發(fā)看，審稿倒是快。與之 類似的還有《華中師范大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》（春夏秋冬卷）《山西師范大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》（社科版）增刊當(dāng)?shù)馈?/p>

《生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)》北大核心，C擴(kuò)展來(lái)源刊。收費(fèi)2000-3000不等。半年左右安排刊發(fā) 。習(xí)慣出增刊（5月10月兩期）。你打電話問是不是正刊，人家模棱兩可說(shuō)讓你看知網(wǎng)自己了解。 《武漢金融》《西南金融》《金融與經(jīng)濟(jì)》都是北大核心。用稿幾乎不通知，得自己勤打電話問。由基金最好，沒基金的慢慢等。2個(gè)月內(nèi)差不多出審稿結(jié)果。武漢的好像是系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)投稿，系統(tǒng)特別不好用。

《財(cái)會(huì)月刊》北大核心，EMAIL投稿，投稿時(shí)郵箱回復(fù)你投稿一個(gè)月后關(guān)注他們的網(wǎng)站，正刊錄用一般是有通知的，沒通知的大部分不用，少部分發(fā)�？�（其實(shí)是增刊）。

《會(huì)計(jì)之友》 北大核心， 現(xiàn)在投稿估計(jì)安排明年3月份了。本人12000字符的文稿，收費(fèi)5000元。由于心疼收費(fèi)，故此沒發(fā)。

《甘肅理論學(xué)刊》 單純的C擴(kuò)展來(lái)源。8000字符收費(fèi)2000元。由于時(shí)間來(lái)不及，問是否可以加急 ，需多繳納加急費(fèi)1000元，因價(jià)格高，也未發(fā)。

《蘭州學(xué)刊》 單純的C擴(kuò)展來(lái)源。收費(fèi)1000+元。很怠慢作者的刊物，一般電話也沒人接。有很多代理在做這個(gè)刊物。

另外，根據(jù)各方消息，建議大家投稿以下北大核心刊物更要慎重《短篇小說(shuō).原創(chuàng)》3800字內(nèi)收費(fèi)4000元左右。《芒種》3800字內(nèi)收費(fèi)4000元左右�！蹲骷摇�4800字6000元�！渡交ā�5500字4500元左右；《長(zhǎng)城》5500字內(nèi)收費(fèi)4000多元。其中前兩個(gè)可能14年北大評(píng)核心就不是核心了。

另外，《甘肅社會(huì)科學(xué)》雙核心。不是211、985高校博士學(xué)歷或者副教授以上職稱的別投了，博士生的極少見，就算能發(fā)也讓你自己保證能找到人大或者新華文摘等轉(zhuǎn)載才考慮給發(fā)�！秾W(xué)術(shù)論壇》雙核心，身邊都沒人發(fā)表成功過。《湖北社會(huì)科學(xué)》北大核心、C刊擴(kuò)展，自己投稿幾次有幸被選中一次，收費(fèi)500元一個(gè)版 。湖北的另一個(gè)雜志《理論月刊》也是北大核心、C刊擴(kuò)展，同樣收費(fèi)500元一個(gè)版，審稿時(shí)間與《湖北社會(huì)科學(xué)》差不多�！段髂厦褡宕髮W(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》（人文社會(huì)科學(xué)版）投稿數(shù)月不給你消息的，偶爾給也是你去郵件查稿后很久給你回復(fù)說(shuō)稿子多不能用，你打電話問，也說(shuō)積壓了很多稿子。建議你改投。《西藏大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》《新疆大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》《新疆師范大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》這幾個(gè)學(xué)報(bào)文科版建議也別投了。起碼政治的或者不是少數(shù)民族相關(guān)的不好發(fā)，其中《西藏大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》一般每稿不采用都給回復(fù)。后兩個(gè)一個(gè)字的回復(fù)都沒，電話都不通。

希望大家再跟帖補(bǔ)充。不道德不厚道的刊物。讓大家不要白等三個(gè)月浪費(fèi)了寶貴的時(shí)間。讓我們透明的了解一些期刊，建立我們的投稿戰(zhàn)線，希望我們提供的這些信息對(duì)大家有所幫助。

有人跟帖說(shuō)收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)跟我這里公示的不一樣，可能每個(gè)文章收費(fèi)都不一樣，每個(gè)時(shí)期收費(fèi)也不一樣，就像

有的期刊，博士 副高不收費(fèi)，研究生收費(fèi)。有的是沿海地區(qū)的多收費(fèi)，中西部的少收費(fèi)……這是我經(jīng)歷的，不是誤導(dǎo)大家的。
