摘   要：目的  建立測定雷公藤制劑中的6種成分（雷公藤甲素、雷公藤內(nèi)酯酮、雷酚內(nèi)酯、雷公藤次堿、雷公藤紅素及雷公藤內(nèi)酯甲）的高效液相色譜方法。方法  采用Agilent TC-C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm），以10 mmol/L乙酸銨水溶液-乙腈為流動(dòng)相梯度洗脫，流速為0.75 ml/min，檢測波長為225 nm，柱溫為25 ℃。結(jié)果  6種成分的進(jìn)樣濃度為0.1～156.25 μg/ml范圍內(nèi)與峰面積積分值線性關(guān)系良好，平均回收率為98.5%（RSD=1.9%）、99.2%（RSD=1.9%）、99.5%（RSD=1.5%）、98.7%（RSD=1.2%）、98.8%（RSD=1.6%）、99.0%（RSD=1.7%）。結(jié)論  所建立的測定方法操作方便，重復(fù)性強(qiáng)，結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確，可用于雷公藤及其相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量分析;不同雷公藤制劑中6個(gè)成分的含量存在差異。

　　Study on the Content of Six Components in Different Tripterygium Wilfordii Preparations

　　Abstract：Objective  To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of 6 components in Tripterygium wilfordii（Triptolide，triptolide，lycopolide，Tripterygium，tripterin，and triptolide a）.Methods  A Agilent TC-C18 column of （250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）was used.The mobile phase gradient elution was 10 mmol/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution and acetonitrile.The flow rate was 0.75 ml/min，the detection wavelength was 225 nm，and the column temperature was 25 ℃.Results  The injection concentration of the six components was 0.1～156.25 μg/ml and the peak area integral value was linear，the average recovery rate was 98.5%（RSD=1.9%），99.2%（RSD=1.9%），99.5%（RSD=1.5%），98.7%（RSD=1.2%），98.8%（RSD=1.6%），99.0%（RSD=1.7%）.Conclusion  The established method is convenient， reproducible and accurate.It can be used for the quality analysis of Tripterygium wilfordii and its related products，and the content of 6 components in different Tripterygium wilfordii preparations is different.
