  摘   要:目的   探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)平臺(tái)下基于Seminar-CBT教學(xué)模式對(duì)護(hù)理本科生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的培養(yǎng)效果。方法  隨機(jī)選取我院2015級(jí)本科護(hù)生為觀察組,2014級(jí)本科護(hù)生為對(duì)照組,對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式,觀察組教學(xué)內(nèi)容采用案例教學(xué)法,教學(xué)形式采用Seminar教學(xué)法,比較兩組教學(xué)效果。結(jié)果  觀察組護(hù)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);觀察組護(hù)生認(rèn)為Seminar-CBT有利于激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)興趣、培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神等,并且專業(yè)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃對(duì)護(hù)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力有顯著影響,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論  Seminar-CBT有利于培養(yǎng)護(hù)生的學(xué)習(xí)合作能力和自我管理能力,但對(duì)信息能力的提升不明顯。

  Abstract:Objective  To explore the effect of Seminar-CBT teaching model on the cultivation of autonomous learning ability of nursing undergraduates under the network teaching platform.Methods  We randomly selected 2015 undergraduate nursing students in our hospital as observation group,2014 level undergraduate nursing students as control group,control group adopted traditional teaching mode,observation group teaching content adopted case teaching method,teaching form adopted Seminar teaching method, compared two groups teaching effect.Results  The observation group nursing students" autonomous learning ability is better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group nursing students considered that Seminar-CBT can stimulate interest in learning,cultivate the spirit of teamwork,and professional interest,learning motivation,learning plan has a significant impact on students" autonomous learning ability,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion  Seminar-CBT is beneficial to the training of students" learning cooperation ability and self-management ability,but it is not obvious to improve the information ability.

  Seminar是以教師和學(xué)生為共同的教學(xué)主體,為探究某一問(wèn)題師生雙方共同討論的一種交互式方法。而CBT(case-based teaching)即案例教學(xué)法,是以案例為中心,采用小組討論和角色扮演等交流學(xué)習(xí)的方法[1]。自主學(xué)習(xí)能力是針對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)利用客觀資源進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)的能力[2]。本研究借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)平臺(tái),嘗試將互動(dòng)式CBL及討論式Seminar有機(jī)結(jié)合,探索出一種新型教學(xué)模式。
