[摘要]目的 研究在超低位直腸癌手術(shù)過(guò)程中應(yīng)用多把吻合器的臨床療效及其對(duì)患者術(shù)后腸道功能安全性的影響。方法 選取2010年6月～2015年6月在我院進(jìn)行治療的超低位直腸癌患者32例，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其分為對(duì)照組、研究組，每組16例。研究組中11例患者使用二吻合法進(jìn)行手術(shù)治療，5例患者使用三吻合法進(jìn)行手術(shù)治療；對(duì)照組使用傳統(tǒng)的Miles手術(shù)（即經(jīng)腹會(huì)陰聯(lián)合直腸癌根治術(shù)）進(jìn)行手術(shù)治療。結(jié)果 研究組患者的胃腸功能恢復(fù)時(shí)間和手術(shù)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；兩組患者患者術(shù)后3 d、1個(gè)月和3個(gè)月后的每天大便次數(shù)比較，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）；研究組術(shù)后生存時(shí)間為（10.0±3.2）個(gè)月，對(duì)照組為（11.0±2.9）個(gè)月，兩組比較，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。結(jié)論 在對(duì)超低位直腸癌患者進(jìn)行手術(shù)的過(guò)程中采用多把吻合器輔助手術(shù)的方法，能夠完整切除直腸系膜，具有較好的臨床療效，能夠充分保障超低位直腸癌患者的保肛成功率及安全性，另外能夠盡可能地減少術(shù)后患者切緣陽(yáng)性的現(xiàn)象，較之傳統(tǒng)的手術(shù)方法能夠更好的保證患者術(shù)后的生活質(zhì)量。

　　Clinical observation on the effect of multi - stapling technique on postoperative intestinal function and safety of patients with ultra-low rectal cancer

　　[Abstract]Objective To study the clinical efficacy of multi-stapling technique in the operation of ultra-low rectal cancer and its effect on the safety of postoperative intestinal function.Methods From June 2010 to June 2015，32 patients with ultra-low rectal cancer were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group， 16 cases in each group.In the study group，11 patients were treated by two anastomosis and 5 patients by three anastomosis.The control group was treated with conventional miles operation （i.e，transabdominal and perineal resection of rectal cancer）.Results The recovery time and operation time of gastrointestinal function in the study group were longer than those in the control group （P<0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups （P>0.05） in the number of daily defecation after 3 d，1 month and 3 months.The survival time was （10.0±3.2） months of the study group and （11.0±2.9） months in the control group，there was no significant difference the two groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion In the course of operation for patients with ultra-low rectal cancer，application of multi-anastomat as an assistance during the operation can completely removemesorectum in a great clinical effect by fully ensuing the success rate and safety of anal preservation.Inaddition，itreduces the positive phenomenon of incisal edge in these postoperative patients，and better guarantees the quality of life in these patients after surgery compared with the traditional operation method.
