烤煙成熟過程中鮮煙顏色值與色素含量變化及相關(guān)分析

摘要:為研究烤煙成熟過程中鮮煙葉顏色值與色素含量的變化以及相關(guān)性,測(cè)定了各部位4個(gè)成熟度鮮煙葉的顏色值和色素含量,并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果表明,在煙葉成熟過程中,各部位煙葉的亮度值L*、紅度值a*、黃度值b*均不斷增大,且各部位煙葉不同成熟度間各顏色值差異顯著性不同,顏色值變化趨勢(shì)存在差異,其中,中、上部葉紅度a*值變化較大,增幅顯著。各部位煙葉葉綠素a、葉綠素b、總?cè)~綠素、類胡蘿卜素含量均逐漸減小,類葉比值不斷增大。下、上部葉類葉比值增幅基本保持不變,而中部煙葉黃綠面積在70%~80%到80%~90%時(shí)類葉比值增幅較大。各顏色值均與各色素含量、類葉比值呈顯著或極顯著性相關(guān)關(guān)系。表明成熟過程中烤煙葉片顏色值與色素含量關(guān)系密切,葉片顏色值變化可以指示煙葉各色素含量的變化,可以將色差計(jì)作為判斷煙葉成熟度的輔助工具。

Changes of Color Parameters and Pigment Contents in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves During Maturing Process and Their Correlational relationship

Abstract: In order to provide a theoretical basis for accurate judgment of harvest maturity degrees of tobacco leaves, this study investigated changes of color parameters and pigment contents of flue-cured tobacco leaves during maturing process and their correlational relationship. The color parameters of flue-cured tobacco leaves of four different maturities were determined by color difference meter, and pigment contents was determined by spectrophotometer. This study used analysis of variance and simple correlation analysis. The results showed that lightness value (L*), redness value (a*) and yellowness value (b*) of flue-cured tobacco leaves of various parts showed ascending tendencies during maturing process. There were different significances of differences of color parameters among four treatments with different maturities of tobacco leaves of various parts. During maturing process, variation tendencies of L*, a* and b* of flue-cured tobacco leaves of various parts are different, so the variation trends of color parameters were different. And a*of middle and upper leaves showed a larger. The contents of chlorophyll-a, chlorophyll-b, total chlorophyll and carotenoid all showed decreasing tendencies during maturing process, and the ratios of carotenoid and chlorophyll showed a ascending tendency. The lower and upper leaves kept almost simple decreasing amplitudes, but ratios of carotenoid and chlorophyll of middle leaves whose color changing area were between 70%-80% and 80%-90% showed a larger ascending tendency. The color parameters had highly or not highly significant correlation with contents of various pigments and the ratios of carotenoid and chlorophyll. The changes of contents of various pigments can be indicated by the color parameters, so the colorimeters can be supposed to be an auxiliary mean to judge the maturity of tobacco.
