[摘要] 目的 以腹腔鏡下膽囊切除術(shù)為例探討手術(shù)室優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理對普外科腹腔鏡手術(shù)患者的護(hù)理質(zhì)量及術(shù)后恢復(fù)的影響。方法 方便選取2016年5月—2017年7月在該院行腹腔鏡下膽囊切切除術(shù)的107例患者，隨機(jī)分為對照組（53例）和研究組（54例），其中前者給予常規(guī)手術(shù)護(hù)理配合措施，后者給予手術(shù)是優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理措施。比較兩組患者的手術(shù)相關(guān)指標(biāo)、護(hù)理服務(wù)滿意度、術(shù)后恢復(fù)情況等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 研究組手術(shù)準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間、手術(shù)時(shí)間均明顯短于對照組（P<0.05）；研究組術(shù)中無不良事件發(fā)生，對照組發(fā)生率為13.2%（7/53），兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（χ2=7.631，P<0.05）；研究組患者對術(shù)中護(hù)理的各項(xiàng)滿意度明顯高于對照組（P<0.05）；研究組術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為3.7%（2/54）明顯低于對照組的22.6%（12/53），其胃腸功能恢復(fù)時(shí)間和總的住院時(shí)間也明顯短于對照組，上述指標(biāo)比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（χ2=8.435，t=10.627、2.463，P<0.05）。結(jié)論 對普外科腹腔鏡手術(shù)患者給予手術(shù)室優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理可顯著縮短手術(shù)時(shí)間，減少術(shù)中差錯(cuò)事件的發(fā)生，有效地保證了手術(shù)的順利和成功進(jìn)行，同時(shí)還有利于患者術(shù)后的盡早恢復(fù)，以及提高患者對護(hù)理服務(wù)的滿意度。

　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to evaluate the effect of high quality operation room nursing care on laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients. Methods 107 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy treated in this hospital from May 2016 to July 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into the control group （53 cases） and the study group （54 cases）， the former was given conventional surgical care， and the latter was given high quality nursing measures. The operation-related index， nursing service satisfaction and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group patients， the operation time and operation time of the study group were significantly shorter（P<0.05）； there were no adverse events in the study group， and the incidence rate of the control group was 13.2% （7/53）， the difference between the two groups was significant （χ2=7.631， P<0.05）； the satisfaction of nursing care of the study group was significantly higher than the control group（P<0.05）； the incidence of postoperative complications of the study group was 3.7% （2/54）， which was significantly lower than the control group 22.6%（12/53）， gastrointestinal function recovery time and total hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group， the differences were statistically significant（χ2=8.435，t=10.627，2.463，P<0.05）. Conclusion The high quality nursing care for patients with laparoscopic surgery can significantly shorten the operation time and reduce the occurrence of intraoperative error events， it ensures the success of the operation， it is also beneficial for the patients to recover as early as possible， and to improve the patient’s satisfaction with the nursing service.
