【摘要】 目的：探討使用奧美拉唑鈉與西咪替丁治療應(yīng)激性胃潰瘍的效果。方法：選取2016年4月-2017年4月筆者所在醫(yī)院收治的92例應(yīng)激性胃潰瘍患者，采用隨機(jī)方式分為兩組，各46例。兩組患者均采用常規(guī)治療，對(duì)照組加用西咪替丁進(jìn)行治療，觀察組加用奧美拉唑鈉進(jìn)行治療，比較兩組患者止血時(shí)間與治療效果。結(jié)果：觀察組平均止血時(shí)間為（21.87±2.62）h，明顯短于對(duì)照組的（31.24±2.17）h，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；觀察組治療總有效率較對(duì)照組高（97.83% vs 69.57%），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；觀察組血清中促胃液素及胃液pH值指標(biāo)明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：與西咪替丁比較，臨床采用奧美拉挫鈉對(duì)應(yīng)激性胃潰瘍進(jìn)行治療，具有止血快，抑酸效果強(qiáng)，復(fù)發(fā)率低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，治療效果顯著，值得臨床進(jìn)一步推廣使用。

　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the curative effect of using Omeprazole Sodium and Cimetidine for the treatment of irritable gastric ulcer.Method：From April 2016 to April 2017，92 patients with irritable stomach ulcer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups and 46 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional treatment，and the control group was treated with Cimetidine，and the observation group was treated with Omeprazole Sodium，and the blood time and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Result：The mean hemostasis of the observation group was （21.87±2.62）h，significantly shorter than the control group （31.24±2.17）h，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The total efficiency of observation group was higher than that in the control group（97.83% vs 69.57%），and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The serum gastrin and pH of gastric juice in the observation group were significantly better than the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical using Omeprazole Sodium in the treatment of irritability gastric compares with Cimetidine，which has quick hemostatic，strong acid suppression effect，low recurrence rate，treatment curative effect is distinct，worthy of further clinical use.

　　應(yīng)激性胃潰瘍通常由藥物、創(chuàng)傷，以及燒傷或者受到外界刺激致使的胃黏膜急性損傷，是臨床消化內(nèi)科常見急性病[1-2]。應(yīng)激性胃潰瘍起病急、發(fā)病快，往往病情較重，易導(dǎo)致患者黑便、嘔血等癥狀，給患者身體健康帶來嚴(yán)重威脅，因此及時(shí)采用正確的治療方法尤為重要[3-4]。本研究分別采用奧美拉唑鈉與西咪替丁對(duì)其進(jìn)行治療，旨在找到臨床更為有效的治療方法，報(bào)告如下。
　　1 資料與方法
　　1.1 一般資料
　　選取2016年4月-2017年4月筆者所在醫(yī)院收治的92例應(yīng)激性胃潰瘍患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組與觀察組，對(duì)照組46例，觀察組46例。對(duì)照組男24例，女22例；年齡最小21歲，最大63歲，平均（41.32±9.45）歲。觀察組男22例，女24例；年齡最小19歲，最大61歲，平均（42.56±8.97）歲。兩組患者性別、年齡等一般資料比較，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），有可比性。
　　1.2 方法
　　兩組患者均給予藥物對(duì)癥等常規(guī)治療，對(duì)照組加用西咪替丁進(jìn)行治療，將西咪替�。ㄉ轿髌盏滤帢I(yè)股份有限公司，國(guó)藥準(zhǔn)字H20051568）40 mg溶于濃度為5%的250 ml葡萄糖溶液中靜脈滴注，2次/d。觀察組加用奧美拉挫鈉進(jìn)行治療，奧美拉唑鈉（阿斯利康制藥有限公司生產(chǎn)，國(guó)藥H20030945）40 mg溶于濃度為0.9%的100 ml氯化鈉注射液中靜脈滴注，2次/d。兩組患者治療1周后，對(duì)其治療效果及相關(guān)臨床癥狀進(jìn)行比較。
