【摘要】 目的：探究與觀察奧曲肽對急性胰腺炎患者腸黏膜屏障及胃腸激素表達的影響。方法：選取2016年6月-2017年6月期間本院收治的100例急性胰腺炎患者為研究對象，根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和觀察組，每組各50例。對照組行常規(guī)急性胰腺炎治療，觀察組則在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加用奧曲肽。比較兩組患者治療前后腸黏膜屏障及胃腸激素表達情況。結(jié)果：治療前兩組腸黏膜屏障及胃腸激素指標表達比較，差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05），治療后觀察組腸黏膜屏障及胃腸激素指標表達均顯著改善，且檢測結(jié)果顯著優(yōu)于對照組，比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：奧曲肽對急性胰腺炎患者腸黏膜屏障及胃腸激素表達的影響相對更好，因此奧曲肽在急性胰腺炎患者中的應(yīng)用價值較高。

　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate and observe the influence of Octreotide for the expression of intestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones of acute pancreatitis patients.Method：A total of 100 patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected，they were divided into control group and observation group according to table of random numbers，50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment of acute pancreatitis，the observation group was treated with Octreotide on the base of control group.The expression of intestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones of before and after the treatment were compared between two groups.Result：The intestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones indexes before the treatment were no significant differences between two groups（P>0.05）；the expression of ntestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones indexes in the observation group after the treatment were all significantly better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The influence of Octreotide for the expression of intestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones of patients with acute pancreatitis are relatively better，and the application value of octreotide in the patients with acute pancreatitis is higher.

　　急性胰腺炎是消化系統(tǒng)常見疾病，患者的不適感表現(xiàn)突出，治療需求極高[1]。與急性胰腺炎相關(guān)的研究顯示，腸黏膜屏障狀態(tài)相對異常，因此對相關(guān)指標表達的改善需求較高。另外，本病患者的胃腸功能狀態(tài)也受到影響，因此相關(guān)的胃腸激素表達也明顯異常，此方面也成為疾病治療過程中的重點干預(yù)與評估方面[2-3]。本文筆者就奧曲肽對急性胰腺炎患者腸黏膜屏障及胃腸激素表達的影響進行探究與觀察，現(xiàn)報道如下。
　　1 資料與方法
　　1.1 一般資料 選取2016年6月-2017年6月期間本院收治的100例急性胰腺炎患者為研究對象，根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和觀察組，每組50例。納入標準：年齡在20歲及以上；符合急性胰腺炎診斷標準；病程≤7.0 d者；對研究知情及簽署同意書者。排除標準：胰腺壞死或膿腫者；合并心腦腎肺等基礎(chǔ)疾病者；精神認知異常者；合并其他胃腸等消化疾病者。該研究經(jīng)倫理學(xué)委員會批準，且患者均知情同意。
