[摘要]目的 探討分析老年病科住院患者采取護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)其跌倒的影響。方法 將我院2015年2月～2016年6月收治的1000例老年病科住院患者，按照抽簽方法分為對(duì)照和實(shí)驗(yàn)組，每組各500例。對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理，實(shí)驗(yàn)組采取預(yù)見(jiàn)性護(hù)理干預(yù)，觀察老年患者的臨床效果，針對(duì)患者的護(hù)理干預(yù)前后的防跌倒知識(shí)掌握情況，以及預(yù)防跌倒的態(tài)度、行為得分情況、跌倒發(fā)生情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果 護(hù)理干預(yù)前，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者的防跌倒知識(shí)掌握情況，以及跌倒預(yù)防的態(tài)度、行為得分情況與對(duì)照組比較，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）；護(hù)理干預(yù)后，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者的防跌倒知識(shí)掌握情況，以及跌倒預(yù)防的態(tài)度、行為得分情況、跌倒發(fā)生情況優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 預(yù)見(jiàn)性護(hù)理對(duì)老年病科住院患者具有較好的臨床效果，可顯著改善患者跌倒情況，提高患者對(duì)預(yù)防跌倒的認(rèn)知，避免危險(xiǎn)事件發(fā)生，這對(duì)保證患者身體健康具有重要的意義。

　　Influence of nursing intervention on fall of inpatients in geriatrics department

　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on fall of elderly patients in geriatrics department.Methods From February 2015 to June 2016，1000 cases of elderly patients hospitalized in our hospital，according to the lottery method were divided into two groups，namely the control group of 500 cases and 500 cases in the experimental group.The control group was received routine nursing care，while the experimental group was adopted predictive nursing intervention，observe the clinical effect of elderly patients，fall prevention knowledge before and after the nursing intervention for patients who，as well as fall prevention attitude and behavior scores，fall incidence were analyzed.Results Before the intervention，there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group（P>0.05），after the intervention，there was a significant difference between the two groups （P<0.05）.Conclusion Nursing care for geriatric patients has good clinical effect，can significantly improve patients fall，improve patients for fall prevention awareness，avoid dangerous incidents，it is very important to ensure the health of patients.

　　近年來(lái)，臨床上的不良事件報(bào)道越來(lái)越多，其中對(duì)住院患者來(lái)說(shuō)，跌倒是報(bào)道最多的事件，其中以老年患者人數(shù)最多[1]。我院老年患者跌倒事件約占臨床護(hù)理不良事件的30%，根據(jù)權(quán)威數(shù)據(jù)顯示，老年跌倒現(xiàn)象較普遍，尤其是住院老年患者，其跌倒發(fā)生率是正常老年人的兩倍以上[2]。跌倒[3]主要是指，患者發(fā)生自主、非故意的體位改變，倒在比初始位置低的平面上或地面上的行為。由于跌倒對(duì)老年患者會(huì)造成嚴(yán)重的身體損傷，增加家庭以及社會(huì)的負(fù)擔(dān)，目前，臨床上主要采取護(hù)理干預(yù)的手段，強(qiáng)化防跌倒風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)，避免臨床上出現(xiàn)跌倒[4]。本文為分析老年病科住院患者采取護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)其跌倒的影響，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
　　1資料與方法
　　1.1一般資料
　　選取我院2015年2月～2016年6月的1000例老年病科住院患者，按照抽簽方法分為兩組，即對(duì)照組500例和實(shí)驗(yàn)組500例。所有患者均對(duì)本研究知情并簽署知情同意書。對(duì)照組男263例，女237例；年齡65～91歲，平均（78±3）歲；病程1.6～12.3年，平均（6.95±0.36）年。實(shí)驗(yàn)組男259例，女241例；年齡62～92歲，平均（78±4）歲；病程1.3～13.2年，平均（7.25±0.24）年。兩組患者的身體狀況、年齡、以及患病時(shí)程比較，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），具有可比性。本研究經(jīng)我院醫(yī)學(xué)倫理委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)。
