[摘要]目的 探討乳腺癌患者經(jīng)奧馬哈系統(tǒng)的延續(xù)性護理模式對術(shù)后生活質(zhì)量的影響情況。方法 選取2015年4月～2017年6月我院接收的30例行乳腺癌手術(shù)治療的患者為研究對象，依照均等、隨機的方式分為常規(guī)組和研究組，每組各15例。常規(guī)組患者給予常規(guī)方法護理，在常規(guī)護理基礎(chǔ)上，予以研究組患者奧馬哈系統(tǒng)的延續(xù)性護理，觀察兩組患者護理干預(yù)后生活質(zhì)量的改善情況。結(jié)果 干預(yù)后，研究組患者的生活質(zhì)量、對病癥認知情況及護理滿意度率均高于對照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 將奧馬哈系統(tǒng)延續(xù)性護理干預(yù)應(yīng)用到乳腺癌手術(shù)患者臨床治療中，不僅能使患者的護理滿意度提升，而且對術(shù)后患者生活質(zhì)量的提升有一定的推動作用。

　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing mode via Omaha system on the postoperative quality of life in the patients with breast cancer.Methods From April 2015 to June 2017，30 patients undergoing surgical treatment of breast cancer in our hospital were selected as the study object.According to the equal and random methods，the patients were divided into the conventional group and the research group，15 cases in each group.The conventional group was given routine nursing care.On the basis of routine nursing，the continuous nursing via Omaha system was given in the research group.The improvement of the quality of life in the study group and the control group after different nursing interventions were observed.Results After intervention，the quality of life，cognitive status of the disease and nursing satisfaction rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion The application of continuous nursing intervention by Omaha system in the clinical treatment of patients undergoing breast cancer surgery can not only improve patient satisfaction but also promote the improvement of quality of life after surgery to a certain degree.

　　乳腺癌是婦科常見惡性腫瘤疾病，具有較高的患病率。有報道顯示，在全身惡性腫瘤疾病中，乳腺癌的發(fā)生率達到7%～10%。對此病癥患者，若臨床治療不及時，則會嚴重影響患者的身體健康及生活質(zhì)量[1-2]。手術(shù)方法是臨床治療該病的主要手段。雖然手術(shù)治療的應(yīng)用可有助于患者病情的改善，但部分患者因受術(shù)后疼痛影響，加之乳房外觀與體型發(fā)生變化，很容易導(dǎo)致患者出現(xiàn)焦慮、煩躁等負性情緒，影響預(yù)后[3]�；�于此，術(shù)后給予護理干預(yù)非常重要。本研究以我院收治的行乳腺癌手術(shù)治療的患者為研究對象，探究行奧馬哈系統(tǒng)的延續(xù)性護理干預(yù)后，對患者術(shù)后生活質(zhì)量的改善情況，現(xiàn)報道如下。
　　1資料與方法
　　1.1一般資料
　　選取2015年4月～2017年6月我院接收的30例行乳腺癌手術(shù)治療的患者為研究對象，本研究經(jīng)我院醫(yī)學(xué)倫理委員會批準。依照均等、隨機的方式分為研究組（n=15）和常規(guī)組（n=15）。常規(guī)組患者年齡25～77歲，平均（48.3±2.5）歲。研究組患者年齡26～78歲，平均（49.4±2.6）歲。兩組患者的一般資料比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05），具有可比性。
