受韓國(guó)浦項(xiàng)市政府邀請(qǐng),以中共山東省委宣傳部副部長(zhǎng)劉保聚為團(tuán)長(zhǎng)的赴韓文化交流訪問(wèn)團(tuán)一行于2009年12月31日趕赴韓國(guó)浦項(xiàng)迎接2010年的第一道曙光。本刊也有幸參與了此次訪問(wèn)的跟蹤報(bào)道,在幾天的訪問(wèn)中,我們深切地感受到了這座鋼鐵城市所折射出的韓國(guó)民眾的愛國(guó)熱情和生活激情。
　　2009年12月31日,在首爾至浦項(xiàng)的高速路上,屢屢發(fā)生大面積堵車,最長(zhǎng)的堵車距離長(zhǎng)達(dá)近60公里,車輛井然有序地排列著。“今天對(duì)于韓國(guó)人來(lái)說(shuō)很特殊,很多人從全國(guó)各地趕往浦項(xiàng)。堵車,我們都習(xí)以為常了,這是除過(guò)年以外的又一次‘民族大移動(dòng)’�！彼緳C(jī)師傅告訴我們每年的這一天都有十幾萬(wàn)人去浦項(xiàng)看日出、祈福。
　　愈近海邊,愈感到海風(fēng)的刺骨,十幾萬(wàn)民眾不顧零下二十度的嚴(yán)寒相聚在浦項(xiàng)市虎尾串迎日廣場(chǎng),每個(gè)人都被厚厚的帽子、圍巾、絨毯包裹得嚴(yán)嚴(yán)實(shí)實(shí),很多人有備而來(lái),干脆裹上被子打算通宵迎新年�！拔也皇堑谝淮蝸�(lái)了,這次不同,我?guī)е�四歲的女兒過(guò)來(lái),孩子很好奇,都感覺不到冷了,” 樸女士2009年12月30日就從光州趕來(lái)了,雖然鼻子和臉頰已經(jīng)凍得通紅,但她還是堅(jiān)持在舞臺(tái)前等候著零點(diǎn)的到來(lái)。
　　“我們的韓半島就像一只雄壯的老虎,而我們就站在象征虎尾的虎尾串�，F(xiàn)在,我將和15萬(wàn)民眾共同開啟新一年的第一天⋯⋯”伴隨著浦項(xiàng)市市長(zhǎng)樸承浩的致辭,2010年1月1日零時(shí)零分到來(lái),舞臺(tái)下,眾人為之歡呼雀躍。此時(shí),煙花漫天,主持人又掀一輪高潮,“今天我們又迎來(lái)了特殊的賓客,他們就是從中國(guó)山東來(lái)的貴賓們”。此時(shí)赴韓文化交流團(tuán)團(tuán)長(zhǎng)劉保聚同浦項(xiàng)市市長(zhǎng)樸承浩交換了禮物,歡呼聲此起彼伏。浦項(xiàng)市觀光局局長(zhǎng)李秉琪告訴我們,“這是浦項(xiàng)市首次迎來(lái)中國(guó)客人,特殊時(shí)刻,意義非常�！�
　　從1月1日凌晨至日出前,各種日出慶典演出活動(dòng)一直在持續(xù),歌聲、笑聲、歡呼聲打破了這個(gè)海邊小鎮(zhèn)的寂靜。“每年只有這時(shí)候才感到久違的熱鬧,最期待這個(gè)時(shí)候了,”獨(dú)居老人金奶奶告訴我,1月1日前很多人趕來(lái)這里,需要住宿的賓客也是絡(luò)繹不絕,“有了人氣,心里面也開心啊�！泵磕曛聊昴┳詈笠惶�,虎尾串附近的賓館、民宅都住滿了來(lái)自全國(guó)各地的游人,小鎮(zhèn)狹窄的小路被大大小小的車輛擠個(gè)水泄不通,很多游客干脆在車?yán)锷w著被子度過(guò)跨年的夜晚。
　　從浦項(xiàng)市觀光局解說(shuō)員田惠玉那里,我們了解到,浦項(xiàng)市虎尾串海水浴場(chǎng)是韓國(guó)迎接第一道曙光的地方,自1998年開始,虎尾串迎日出慶典活動(dòng)就成為了國(guó)家級(jí)活動(dòng)。這里曾因“相生之手”雕像的落成而聲名大噪,每年都會(huì)吸引大量的游客前來(lái)參觀。于1999年為迎接千禧年而建造的“相生之手”雕像分別設(shè)置在陸地與海洋。陸地上的是左手,海洋里的是右手,以青銅與花崗巖制成,象征著全體國(guó)民互助互生。
　　2010年1月1日7時(shí)左右,太陽(yáng)穿透了厚厚的云層,帶著滿面的紅光,從“相生之手”中緩緩升起,激情澎湃的海水蕩漾著太陽(yáng)的光輝,形成一條通向古老東方的金光大道,映紅了十幾萬(wàn)韓國(guó)民眾的臉。為了能拍到日出由雕像手中升起的照片,很多游客在黎明前趕到海邊,選擇好的拍攝角度和位置�！拔覀円灰箾]睡,一直在這里等待日出的到來(lái),”KBS國(guó)際頻道的中國(guó)籍主持人李磊已滿面倦容。
　　與往年相比,2010年的迎日出慶典活動(dòng)又添了許多新節(jié)目。來(lái)自韓國(guó)全國(guó)各地的十幾萬(wàn)民眾手持各國(guó)國(guó)旗排成整齊隊(duì)列,隨著歡快的音樂(lè),躍動(dòng)在虎尾串迎日廣場(chǎng)上。浦項(xiàng)市市長(zhǎng)樸承浩身著韓國(guó)傳統(tǒng)服裝帶領(lǐng)各級(jí)政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分散在隊(duì)伍前列,和民眾一起興高采烈地?fù)]舞著手中的旗子。太陽(yáng)已高高升起,十幾名穿著輕薄迷你裙的年輕姑娘在舞臺(tái)周邊不知疲倦地舞動(dòng)著優(yōu)美的身姿,似乎忘記了零下十幾度的寒冷。各種傳統(tǒng)舞蹈劇、國(guó)樂(lè)演出、海兵隊(duì)表演引起游客發(fā)出陣陣歡呼。廣場(chǎng)上,很多游人排著長(zhǎng)隊(duì)等待品嘗年糕湯、鰻魚干。田惠玉告訴我們,“最具吸引力的是‘萬(wàn)人年糕湯’活動(dòng),大家可以免費(fèi)品嘗一下象征新年的韓國(guó)傳統(tǒng)食品年糕湯。當(dāng)然還可以品嘗到我們浦項(xiàng)最具代表性的美食―鰻魚干。吃了年糕湯、鰻魚干,一年都會(huì)有好運(yùn)相伴”。
　　
　　Watching Homigot Sunrise in Pohang
　　On December 31, 2009, invited by the government of Pohang City, Korea, Liu Baoju, Vice Minister of the Publicity Department of CPC Shandong Provincial Committee headed a delegation to visit Pohang to attend the Homigot National Sunrise Festival in order to watch the first sunrise of 2010 in Pohang.
　　The Homigot National Sunrise Festival begins on the eve of December 31, and ends on January 1 the next year. Various programs are prepared to make this all-night festival entertaining until early morning. Programs include a fire show, movie watching, the experience of ten thousand people making tteokguk (rice cake soup), digital camera contests, popular singers’ concerts, as well as a photographic contest.
　　Right at 12 midnight, a siren goes off to celebrate the arrival of the New Year; fireworks and a midnight music concert are scheduled. As the New Year’s first sunrise begins, a large iron pot is filled with hot and tasty New Year tteokguk (rice cake soup), which is passed around to the visitors of Homigot Beach.
　　After the sunrise, visitors can watch entertaining programs such as a traditional wedding ceremony, a traditional Korean dance performance, and many more. Other events include a Foreigners’ Talent Show and a Mackerel & Catfish Festival.
　　Homigot (Homi Cape) Beach is located at the very Eastern tip of Gyeongsangbuk-do Pohang Yeongilman Bay, and is one of the best locations where the first sunrise can be seen in the whole of Korea. Therefore, even when there is no festival, Homigot Beach is still a popular place where many visitors go to see the day’s first sunrise all year round.
　　The annual Homigot National Sunrise Festival begins on New Year’s Eve and ends on New Year’s Day. Because this place is a famous spot to see the sunrise in Korea, numerous people gather each year to participate in the Homigot National Sunrise Festival.
　　The Homigot National Sunrise Festival is the place to be to watch the first sunrise of the year in Korea, but it is also popular for its unique sculpture. The sculpture here signifies the New Year’s Homigot sunrise and is entitled “Hand of Harmony.”
　　The left hand stands on land, and the right hand stands in the waters of the ocean. The sculpture is made of bronze and granite. The hands were constructed in 1999 to symbolize continuing efforts of all Korean citizens to pursue a better quality of life. The sculptures are most impressive at sunrise when the sunlight shines on them. Therefore, naturally most pictures of Homigot Beach include the ‘Hands of Harmony’. If you want a nice shot of the ‘Hands of Harmony’ during sunrise, be sure to come early and get a good spot before the sun rises because many visitors have the same idea.
