山火、洪水、沙塵暴、地震……當(dāng)人類邁入2010年的時(shí)候,回首2009年這些相伴人類成長(zhǎng)的自然災(zāi)難,讓人深感觸目驚心的同時(shí),也生發(fā)出一種災(zāi)難過(guò)后的深刻反思。這些自然災(zāi)難和環(huán)境破壞之間是否有著復(fù)雜的相互聯(lián)系?人類應(yīng)從科學(xué)的意義上認(rèn)識(shí)這些災(zāi)害的發(fā)生、發(fā)展以及盡可能減小它們所造成的危害,這已經(jīng)成為國(guó)際社會(huì)的一個(gè)共同主題。

　　2009年4月6日9時(shí)32分,意大利中部發(fā)生6.3級(jí)強(qiáng)震,震中位于距首都羅馬北部95公里處,羅馬震感明顯。造成至少92人死亡,其中包括4名兒童,另有數(shù)人失蹤,多處房屋倒塌損毀。
