不同曬制方法對曬紅煙調(diào)制過程中主要化學成分的影響

摘要 [目的]研究不同曬制方法曬制過程中煙葉內(nèi)主要化學成分的變化。[方法]以吉林曬紅煙品種大葉黃為試驗材料,研究曬紅煙露天曬制、薄膜覆蓋變黃后露天曬制、大棚曬制3種曬制方法曬制過程中主要化學成分的變化。[結果]試驗表明,不同曬制方法煙葉在曬制過程中失水速度呈現(xiàn)前期慢后期快的趨勢,大棚曬制煙葉水分含量一直處于較高水平,有利于大分子物質(zhì)的充分轉(zhuǎn)化降解;總氮和煙堿變化幅度不大,各處理間總氮差異不明顯,大棚曬制煙堿含量相對較高,總氮含量較小,符合優(yōu)質(zhì)曬煙要求;總糖、還原糖及糖堿比變化趨勢基本相同,均呈“N”形,大棚曬制煙葉中總糖、還原糖及糖堿比均比其他2個處理低;鉀、氯含量整體波動不大,各處理間鉀含量差異不明顯,氯含量差異明顯,露天曬制煙葉的鉀氯比較高,大棚曬制較低,但是大棚曬制煙葉的總氮、煙堿、總糖及還原糖均符合優(yōu)質(zhì)曬煙的要求,更適合推廣應用。[結論] 研究可為該烤煙產(chǎn)區(qū)選擇適宜的調(diào)制方法,制定曬紅煙調(diào)制規(guī)程,提高煙葉品質(zhì)提供參考依據(jù)。

Effects of Different Curing Methods on Main Chemical Compositions of Red SunCured Tobacco Leaves during Curing Process

Abstract [Objective] To study changes of main chemical components in tobacco leaf by different curing methods. [Method] With Jilin red suncured tobacco leaf Dayehuang as test material, the main chemical components variation were studied by three curing methods (outdoor curing method, yellowing covered plastic membrane outdoor curing method, steely barn curing method). [Result] The results showed that the ratio of water loss in red suncured tobacco leaves by different curing methods was low in the early and high in the late. The ratio of water loss in tobacco leaves by steely barn curing method was the highest; The content of total nitrogen and nicotine had little change, and the discrepancy of total nitrogen among various treatments was not obvious. The content of nicotine in tobacco leaves of steely barn curing method was higher than others and the ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine, which meet the requirements of highquality red suncured tobacco; The changing trend of total sugar content, restoring sugar content and the ratio of total sugar to nicotine in tobacco leaves was a same “N” shape. The content of total sugar, restoring sugar and the ratio of total sugar to nicotine in tobacco leaves of steely barn curing method was the lowest; The overall volatility of the content of potassium and chlorine was small. The discrepancy of potassium among various treatments was not obvious, on the contrary the discrepancy of chlorine was obvious and it showed: steely barn curing method > yellowing covered plastic membrane outdoor curing method > outdoor curing method. The ratio of potassium to chlorine in tobacco leaves of outdoor curing method was the highest, but the ratio of potassium to chlorine in tobacco leaves of steely barn curing method was the lower. [Conclusion] The study can provide reference basis for choosing suitable curing method, setting suncured tobacco modulation rules, improving tobacco leaf quality.
