摘  要：基于1985-2016年山東省成人高等教育基本資料，分析了成人高等教育學(xué)校所數(shù)、招生數(shù)量、在校生和師生比的變化過(guò)程，以期為科學(xué)制定成人高等教育培養(yǎng)策略提供科學(xué)參考。近30多年來(lái)，山東省成人高等教育學(xué)校數(shù)量減少明顯，近幾年學(xué)校數(shù)量?jī)H為20世紀(jì)80年代的1/5。1985-2016年，山東省成人高等教育招生數(shù)量呈快速增加趨勢(shì)，平均每年增加招生4929人，在校生平均每年增加13436人。1985-2007年，成人高等教育生師比平均為33：1，但是在2008-2016年，生師比呈指數(shù)增加，尤其在2016年，生師比更是高達(dá)464：1�？梢�(jiàn)，在山東省成人高等教育學(xué)校和專任教師顯著減少的背景下，招生規(guī)模、在校生和畢業(yè)生數(shù)量卻在大規(guī)模增加，這給成人高等教育培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量帶來(lái)了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)阿。

　　 Abstract： Based on the basic data on adult higher education in Shandong Province from 1985 to 2016， this paper analyzes the changes process in the number of adult education college， the number of student eollment， the students at adult education college and the teacher-student ratio to provide a scientific reference for the scientific development of training strategies for adult education college. In the past 30 years， the number of adult education colleges in Shandong province has decreased significantly. In recent years， the number of adult education colleges was only 1/5 that in 1980s. From 1985 to 2016， the number of students" eollment in Shandong province increased rapidly.  The average annual numbers of eollment students increased by 4，929 while the average numbers of students at college increased by 13，436 per year. From 1985 to 2007， the average ratio between students and teachers at adult education college was 33：1; however， during the period 2008-2016， the student-teacher ratio increased exponentially， especially in 2016， the ratio of students to teachers was as high as 464：1. It can be seen that the eollment scale， the number of eollment students and the number of graduates have been increased on a large scale in the context of the significant reduction of adult higher education schools and full-time teachers in Shandong province， which has brought severe challenges to the quality of adult higher education.

　　 成人高等教育是指對(duì)符合規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的在業(yè)或非在業(yè)成年人實(shí)施的屬于高等教育水平的教育，它具有對(duì)象的成人性和性質(zhì)的高等性兩大本質(zhì)屬性[1]。然而，成人高等教育在發(fā)展的過(guò)程中并沒(méi)有隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的要求而改革和創(chuàng)新，教育質(zhì)量也存在嚴(yán)重下滑現(xiàn)象[2]。因此，有必要針對(duì)成人高等教育提出科學(xué)的改革措施[3]，從而提升培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，促使成人高等教育適應(yīng)當(dāng)代社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展需求[4]。然而，相關(guān)政策的制定，需要首先明確成人高等教育存在的客觀問(wèn)題。因此，本文采用山東省統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒（http：///）的1985-2016年山東省成人高等教育的有關(guān)資料，運(yùn)用線性趨勢(shì)等統(tǒng)計(jì)類方法，分析了山東省近30多年來(lái)成人高等教育基本狀況。研究結(jié)果可為科學(xué)制定山東省乃至全國(guó)成人高等教育有關(guān)策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
　　一、學(xué)校所數(shù)變化
　　1985-2016年山東省成人高等教育學(xué)校數(shù)量呈快速下降趨勢(shì)，平均每年減少1.73所學(xué)校（圖1）。但在不同的時(shí)段變化趨勢(shì)各不相同。在1985-1997年，山東省成人高等教育學(xué)校數(shù)量基本穩(wěn)定，平均有53所。但是在1998年之后，學(xué)校數(shù)量迅速下降，從1998年的46所學(xué)校減少到2013年的11所，平均每年減少2-3所。可見(jiàn)，隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技水平的快速發(fā)展，山東省成人高等教育學(xué)校數(shù)量迅速減少。
