近幾年來,我國旅游新興了一種新的旅游模式：鄉(xiāng)村旅游。鄉(xiāng)村旅游成為我國旅游業(yè)的一個(gè)新亮點(diǎn)，這樣一種的新型的旅游模式能夠帶動(dòng)我國旅游業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)村的發(fā)展。經(jīng)過十幾年的發(fā)展，我國的鄉(xiāng)村旅游在促進(jìn)農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整、拉動(dòng)農(nóng)民增收、推動(dòng)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展等方面起到了重要的積極作用。但是由于我國鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)起步較晚,尚處于初級階段,其發(fā)展中存在著一系列問題。

主要的問題有以下幾個(gè)方面：

第一，在景點(diǎn)建設(shè)和項(xiàng)目開發(fā)上缺乏科學(xué)的規(guī)劃，導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品檔次較低。由于忽視了農(nóng)業(yè)旅游資源的綜合開發(fā)，使觀光農(nóng)業(yè)旅游項(xiàng)目功能、內(nèi)容單一，開發(fā)的廣度、深度不夠，沒有自身特色。同時(shí)，部分開發(fā)經(jīng)營者追求短期的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，不顧對環(huán)境造成的污染和破壞，也使其失去了濃郁的鄉(xiāng)土氣息。
