[摘要] 目的 研究阿托伐他汀聯(lián)合阿魏酸鈉治療糖尿病腎病的療效及對(duì)腎間質(zhì)纖維化指標(biāo)的影響。方法 選取2015年1月—2016年1月該院收治的26例糖尿病腎病患者作為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)將患者分成兩組，一組采用常規(guī)的降糖治療，為常規(guī)組，另一組則使用阿托伐他汀聯(lián)合阿魏酸鈉進(jìn)行治療，為實(shí)驗(yàn)組，對(duì)比分析兩組患者的治療效果和腎間質(zhì)纖維化指標(biāo)的改變。結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)組各項(xiàng)觀察指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于常規(guī)組（P<0.05），實(shí)驗(yàn)組療效更好，腎間質(zhì)纖維化改善更為明顯。結(jié)論 阿托伐他汀聯(lián)合阿魏酸鈉治療糖尿病腎病療效確切、明顯，治療效果好，且對(duì)各項(xiàng)腎間質(zhì)纖維化指標(biāo)具有顯著的改善作用，可延緩糖尿病腎病的惡化，該用藥方式可在糖尿病腎病的臨床治療中推廣應(yīng)用。

　　[Abstract] Objective To research the curative effect of atorvastatin and sodium ferulate in treatment of diabetic nephropathy and effect on the renal interstitial fibrosis indicators. Methods 26 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups， the routine group used the routine hypoglycemic therapy， while the experimental group used the atorvastatin and sodium ferulate for treatmetn， and the treatment effect and changes of renal interstitial fibrosis indicators were compared and analyzed. Results Various observation indicators in the experimental group were better than those in the routine group（P<0.05）， and the curative effect in the experimental group was better， and the renal interstitial fibrosis improvement was more obvious. Conclusion The curative effect of atorvastatin and sodium ferulate in treatment of diabetic nephropathy is definite and obvious， with good treatment effect， which has an obvious improvement effect on various renal interstitial fibrosis indicators， and prolongs the deterioration of diabetic nephropathy， which can be promoted and applied in clinical treatment.

　　糖尿病腎病是糖尿病的一種并發(fā)癥，也是致糖尿病患者死亡的重要原因。糖尿病腎病一般發(fā)生在患糖尿病15～20年以后[1]。常規(guī)的降糖治療只能夠?qū)ρ撬竭M(jìn)行控制，對(duì)糖尿病腎病的治療效果并不明顯，阿托伐他汀具有改善血液流變學(xué)的作用，阿魏酸鈉則是臨床中用于治療糖尿病性血管病變的常用藥。為了明確上述兩種藥物治療糖尿病腎病的療效及對(duì)腎間質(zhì)纖維化指標(biāo)的影響，該院選取了2015年1月—2016年1月收治的26例糖尿病腎病患者進(jìn)行研究，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
　　1 資料與方法
　　1.1 一般資料
　　選取該院收治的26例糖尿病腎病患者作為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)將患者分成兩組，一組為常規(guī)組，另一組為實(shí)驗(yàn)組，每組13例患者。常規(guī)組中有男性患者6例，女性患者7例，患者年齡65～83歲，平均年齡（73.2±1.2）歲，患者病程17～23年，平均病程（20.3±1.1）年；試驗(yàn)組中有男性患者7例，女性患者6例，患者年齡67～85歲，平均年齡（74.5±1.3）歲，患者病程15～22年，平均病程（19.5±1.3）年。所有患者及其家屬均同意該次分組治療方案，兩組患者一般資料對(duì)比差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），具有可比性。
　　1.2 方法
　　常規(guī)組患者給予常規(guī)的降糖治療，如胰島素注射治療，并嚴(yán)格控制患者飲食。實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者在此基礎(chǔ)上使用阿托伐他汀鈣片聯(lián)合阿魏酸鈉進(jìn)行治療，用法用量為：阿托伐他汀鈣片1次/d，20 mg/次；0.3 g阿魏酸鈉注射液溶于生理鹽水當(dāng)中行靜脈輸注，1次/d，兩組患者均連續(xù)治療30 d后進(jìn)行觀察。
　　1.3 評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)
　　測定其空腹血糖水平（GLU）、尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（Cr）、尿蛋白排泄率（UAER），評(píng)價(jià)兩組患者治療后血糖水平和腎功能指標(biāo)的變化。應(yīng)用ELISA法測定血清及尿液血管緊張素II（AngII）、結(jié)締組織生長因子水平（GTGF）。尿CTGF及尿A ngII水平分別以其與尿肌酐比值表示，以確保結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性[2]。測定患者血清炎性因子，主要有：超敏 C 反應(yīng)蛋白（sh-CRP）、腫瘤壞死因子 -α（TNF-α）、白介素 -6（IL-6）。
