[摘要] 目的 探討分析舌扁桃體肥大患者采取低溫等離子治療的臨床效果。方法 隨機(jī)選擇該院250例舌扁桃體肥大患者，病例資料為2013年1月—2017年1月，按照抽簽方法將其分為對(duì)照組、實(shí)驗(yàn)組，其中實(shí)驗(yàn)組120例，對(duì)照組130例，對(duì)照組采取中藥內(nèi)服、外治，而實(shí)驗(yàn)組采取低溫等離子消融治療，觀察舌扁桃體肥大患者的臨床效果，比較兩組患者臨床情況。結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者治療時(shí)間為（3.2±0.7）d，明顯短于對(duì)照組的（7.0±1.2）d；另外實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者的臨床治療總有效率為95.83%，對(duì)照組總有效率為73.85%，明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率分別為1.67%、0.77%，組間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。結(jié)論 低溫等離子治療舌扁桃體肥大方法簡(jiǎn)便，效果好，費(fèi)用低，是目前治療舌扁桃體肥大的一個(gè)好方法。

　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of low temperature plasma therapy in patients with tongue tonsil hypertrophy. Methods 250 cases of tongue tonsil hypertrophy in this hospital were random selected from January 2013 to January 2017. The data of the cases were divided into the control group and the experimental group， 120 cases in the experimental group， 130 cases in the control group， the control group received oral administration of Chinese medicine， external treatment， and the experimental group took the low-temperature plasma ablation treatment to observe the clinical effect of tongue tonsil hypertrophy patients， compared the clinical situation of the two groups of patients. Results The treatment time was （3.2±0.7） d in the experimental group， which was significantly shorter than that in the control group （7.0±1.2） d. The total effective rate was 95.83% in the experimental group and 73.85% in the control group， significantly better than the control group， the difference was significant（P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group and the control group was 1.67% and 0.77%， respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion Low temperature plasma treatment of tongue tonsil hypertrophy is simple， effective and cheap， which is a good method for the treatment of tongue tonsil hypertrophy.

　　近年來(lái)，由于人們生活環(huán)境的不斷變化，對(duì)生活質(zhì)量越來(lái)越高，一些疾病逐漸被重視。舌扁桃體肥大是指舌根處有肥大的淋巴組織，具有與腭扁桃體隱窩類似，舌扁桃體肥大主要是由細(xì)菌或者病毒感染，反復(fù)發(fā)炎的結(jié)果[1]。臨床上以局部刺激癥狀為主，隨著病情的發(fā)展，患者會(huì)出現(xiàn)呼吸不暢以及吞咽困難等癥狀[2]，這嚴(yán)重影響患者的正常生活，降低患者的生活質(zhì)量。雖然目前臨床上對(duì)于舌扁桃體肥大的治療方案有很多，但是對(duì)于低溫等離子治療的研究較少，且研究結(jié)果不一。筆者為分析低溫等離子治療對(duì)于舌扁桃體肥大患者的效果，隨機(jī)選擇該院收治的250例舌扁桃體肥大患者，病例資料為2013年1月—2017年1月，開(kāi)展該研究，詳細(xì)報(bào)道如下。
　　1 資料與方法
　　1.1 一般資料
　　隨機(jī)選取該院收治的250例舌扁桃體肥大患者，按照抽簽方法將其分為對(duì)照組、實(shí)驗(yàn)組，其中實(shí)驗(yàn)組120例，對(duì)照組130例，整個(gè)研究過(guò)程需患者簽署知情同意書(shū)，該項(xiàng)研究經(jīng)倫理委員會(huì)審查通過(guò)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組中男性48例，女性72例，最小年齡28歲，最大年齡56歲，平均（37.6±7.8）歲，病程0.5～3.5年，平均（1.3±0.3）年；對(duì)照組中男性60例，女性70例，最小年齡26歲，最大年齡57歲，平均（37.8±8.2）歲，病程0.3～3.0年，平均（1.2±0.3）年。兩組患者在性別、年齡、病程等一般資料差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），可進(jìn)行比較。
