摘   要：目的  探討仙方活命飲對(duì)精索靜脈曲張（Ⅰ～Ⅱ度）患者精液質(zhì)量、精索靜脈內(nèi)徑及臨床癥狀的影響。方法  將精索靜脈曲張（Ⅰ～Ⅱ度）患者80例，按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療組和對(duì)照組，每組40例。治療組給予仙方活命飲治療，對(duì)照組給與邁之靈片治療。對(duì)比兩組患者治療前后精液質(zhì)量，精索靜脈管徑以及臨床療效。結(jié)果  兩組患者治療后精液質(zhì)量和精索靜脈管徑均明顯改善，且治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療組臨床總有效率（85.00%）明顯高于對(duì)照組（52.50%），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論  仙方活命飲對(duì)精索靜脈曲張（Ⅰ～Ⅱ度）患者精液質(zhì)量、精索靜脈內(nèi)徑及臨床癥狀改善明顯，臨床療效顯著。

　　Clinical Efficacy of Xianfang Huoxing Decoction in the Treatment of Varicocele

　　Abstract：Objective  To investigate the effect of Xianfang Huoxing decoction on semen quality，internal diameter of spermatic vein and clinical symptoms in patients with varicocele（Ⅰ～Ⅱ degree）.Methods  80 patients with varicocele（Ⅰ～Ⅱ degree）were treated. According to the random digital table method，they were divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xianfang Huoxing decoction and the control group was treated with Mai Zhi Ling tablet.The semen quality，spermatic vein diameter and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results  The quality of semen and the diameter of spermatic vein were significantly improved in both groups，and the treatment group was superior to the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was（85.00%），which was significantly higher than that of the control group（52.50%），the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion  Xianfang Huoxing decoction improved semen quality，internal diameter of spermatic vein and clinical symptoms in patients with varicocele （Ⅰ～Ⅱ degree）.

　　精索靜脈曲張（varicocele，VC）指由于靜脈回流受阻或瓣膜失效血液返流等因素導(dǎo)致精索靜脈的伸長(zhǎng)、擴(kuò)張及迂曲，是男性不育的外科疾病中最常見的一種。VC多見于青壯年，男性人群中的發(fā)病率為15%～20%，不育男性中發(fā)病率25%～40%，伴精液異常者54.8%，主要表現(xiàn)為精子發(fā)生阻滯，精子數(shù)量減少，精子質(zhì)量下降[1]。VC治療的臨床決策中，VC伴精液質(zhì)量下降患者手術(shù)治療后是否能改善生育力，過(guò)去一直存在爭(zhēng)議，近來(lái)這種爭(zhēng)議已經(jīng)漸趨統(tǒng)一，可首先保守治療，包括改善生活方式、口服改善精子質(zhì)量的藥物等[2]。本研究重點(diǎn)觀察了中藥方仙方活命飲治療精索靜脈曲張患者的療效，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
