摘   要：目的  觀察頭穴叢刺結(jié)合康復(fù)訓(xùn)練方法治療腦梗死患者運(yùn)動(dòng)功能障礙的有效性。方法  選取2015年6月～2017年6月在我院外二科治療的100例患者，隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組，每組50例。觀察組采用頭穴叢刺結(jié)合康復(fù)訓(xùn)練的方法治療，對(duì)照組采用康復(fù)訓(xùn)練方法治療，治療1個(gè)月后對(duì)比兩組患者的Fugl-Meyer、ADL-PSMS，LADL和ABCD2-TIA。結(jié)果  治療1個(gè)月后，兩組患者的Fugl-Meyer、ADL-PSMS，LADL和ABCD2-TlA評(píng)分較組內(nèi)治療前均有明顯改善，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。觀察組患者的治療總有效率（94.00%）明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（72.00%），兩組相比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論  采用頭穴叢刺結(jié)合康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療腦梗死患者運(yùn)動(dòng)功能障礙，臨床療效顯著，能顯著提升患者的日常生活能力、神經(jīng)功能以及運(yùn)動(dòng)功能。

　　Abstract：Objective  To observe the effectiveness of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of motor dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods  A total of 100 patients treated in our department from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group，50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training.After 1 month of treatment，F(xiàn)ugl-Meyer，ADL-PSMS，LADL and ABCD2-TIA were compared between the two groups.Results After one month of treatment，the scores of Fugl-Meyer，ADL-PSMS，LADL and ABCD2-TlA in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group （94.00%）was significantly better than that in the control group（72.00%），and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion  The treatment of motor dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction by scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has a significant clinical effect，and can significantly improve the ability of daily life，nerve function and motor function of patients with cerebral infarction.
