摘   要：目的  對(duì)比研究冷牙膠側(cè)方加壓與熱牙膠垂直加壓治療急性牙髓炎的臨床效果。方法  將2016年8月～2017年8月在我院治療的120例急性牙髓炎患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，各60例。對(duì)照組冷牙膠側(cè)方加壓治療，觀察組采用熱牙膠垂直加壓治療，對(duì)比兩組患者填充時(shí)間、疼痛評(píng)分、牙齦指數(shù)（GI）、齦溝出血指數(shù)（SBI）、牙周袋深度（PD）和填充質(zhì)量。結(jié)果  觀察組填充時(shí)間明顯短于對(duì)照組，疼痛評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;治療后兩組患者GI、SBI、PD顯著降低，且觀察組降低明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;觀察組充填質(zhì)量明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論  熱牙膠垂直加壓治療急性牙髓炎效果確切，可顯著減輕患者疼痛，且填充時(shí)間短，值得臨床推廣和應(yīng)用。

　　Clinical Study on the Treatment of Acute Pulpitis with Hot Gum under Vertical Pressure

　　Abstract：Objective  To compare the clinical effects of cold gum lateral compression and hot gum vertical compression in the treatment of acute pulpitis.Methods  120 patients with acute pulpitis treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.Control group and observation group，60 cases in each group.The control group were treated with cold gum lateral compression，while the observation group were treated with hot gum vertical compression.The filling time，pain score， gingival index（GI），gingival sulcus bleeding index（SBI），periodontal pocket depth（PD）and filling quality were compared between the two groups.Results  The filling time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group，and the pain score was significantly lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.After treatment，the two groups of patients GI，SBI and PD decreased significantly，and the observation group decreased significantly better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;the quality of filling in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion  The treatment of acute pulpitis with hot gum vertical compression is effective，and can significantly reduce the pain of the patients，and the filling time is short，so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
