【摘要】 目的 探析延續(xù)性護(hù)理服務(wù)在高齡剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)婦中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 150例院行剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)的高齡產(chǎn)婦作為研究對象， 采用隨機(jī)分配原則分為對照組與觀察組， 每組75例。對照組產(chǎn)婦出院時對其進(jìn)行常規(guī)出院指導(dǎo)， 觀察組產(chǎn)婦實(shí)施出院后延續(xù)性護(hù)理服務(wù)。對兩組的臨床干預(yù)效果進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果 觀察組產(chǎn)婦出院后乳房脹痛、乳頭皸裂及乳頭凹陷發(fā)生率分別為2.67%、1.33%、2.67%， 均明顯低于對照組的10.67%、9.33%、12.00%， 差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。觀察組產(chǎn)婦對新生兒護(hù)理和母乳喂養(yǎng)知識的掌握率分別為96.00%、97.33%， 均高于對照組的85.33%、84.00%， 差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。觀察組產(chǎn)婦對醫(yī)院護(hù)理工作的滿意度評分為（58.46±2.36）分， 高于對照組的（41.15±2.74）分， 差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 高齡剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)婦出院后接受延續(xù)性護(hù)理服務(wù)， 可改善產(chǎn)婦乳房不健康情況， 提升產(chǎn)婦對喂養(yǎng)和新生兒護(hù)理相關(guān)知識的知曉率， 同時可以提升產(chǎn)婦對醫(yī)院護(hù)理工作的滿意度， 有利于護(hù)理工作的順利開展。

　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the application effect of continuous nursing service in senile puerpera with cesarean section. Methods A total of 150 senile puerpera with cesarean section as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 75 cases in each group. The control group received routine discharge guidance， and the observation group received continuous nursing service after discharge. The clinical intervention effect between the two groups was compared. Results The observation group had obviously lower incidence of breast distention， chapped nipple and nipple depression after discharge respectively as 2.67%， 1.33% and 2.67% than 10.67%， 9.33% and 12.00% in the control group， and their difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The observation group had higher maternal knowledge of newborn nursing and breastfeeding rate respectively as 96.00% and 97.33% than 85.33% and 84.00% in the control group， and their difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The observation group had higher maternal satisfaction on hospital nursing work score as （58.46±2.36） points than （41.15±2.74） points in the control group， and their difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Application of continuous nursing service for senile puerpera with cesarean section after discharged can improve maternal breast health， maternal knowledge of newborn nursing and breastfeeding rate， and maternal satisfaction with hospital nursing. It is conducive to the smooth development of nursing work.

　　隨著生活節(jié)奏加快和二胎政策的開放， 高齡產(chǎn)婦的數(shù)量不斷增加， 產(chǎn)婦高齡化會增加分娩的難度和危險(xiǎn)性， 同時也會對嬰兒造成不同程度的影響。大多數(shù)高齡產(chǎn)婦均接受剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)， 術(shù)后容易并發(fā)多種并發(fā)癥， 對其實(shí)施針對性護(hù)理尤為重要[1， 2]。但產(chǎn)婦在醫(yī)院的住院時間短， 院外護(hù)理方面則需要運(yùn)用延續(xù)性護(hù)理服務(wù)模式。為研究延續(xù)性護(hù)理服務(wù)的應(yīng)用價(jià)值， 本文以于本院行剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)的150例高齡產(chǎn)婦作為研究對象， 通過隨機(jī)對照的方式進(jìn)行探究和評價(jià)， 具體報(bào)告如下。
