[摘要] 目的 觀察智能脈沖槍治療寒濕痹阻型顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)紊亂的臨床效果。 方法 將2016年10月～2017年4月于浙江省慈溪市第六人民醫(yī)院康復(fù)科門診就診的56例寒濕痹阻型顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)紊亂患者應(yīng)用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為觀察組（28例）和對照組（28例）。觀察組應(yīng)用SIT6000智能脈沖槍治療，對照組以聽宮、下關(guān)、頰車為主穴進(jìn)行針刺治療。兩組均于入組治療后7 d應(yīng)用視覺模擬評分（VAS）、顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)功能障礙指數(shù)（DI）、肌肉壓痛指數(shù)（PI）及Fricton指數(shù)（CMI）評價療效。 結(jié)果 治療后，兩組VAS評分均顯著低于治療前（P < 0.05），觀察組DI、PI及CMI評分明顯低于治療前（P < 0.05），且觀察組治療后VAS、DI、PI及CMI評分均明顯低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。 結(jié)論 智能脈沖槍可以明顯改善寒濕痹阻型顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)紊亂患者的顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)功能，緩解由此導(dǎo)致的疼痛。

　　Clinical efficacy of impulse IQ in the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder with syndrome of blockade of cold-dampness

　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of impulse IQ in the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder with syndrome of blockade of cold-dampness. Methods Fifty-six cases of patients with temporomandibular joint disorder with syndrome of blockade of cold-dampness treated in Outpatient Department of Rehabilitation， Cixi Sixth People′s Hospital from October 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into observation group （28 cases） and control group （28 cases） by random number table method. The observation group was treated with SIT6000 impulse IQ， while the control group was treated with acupuncture with the main points of SI19， ST7 and ST6. After treatment for 7 days， the visual analogue scale （VAS）， temporomandibular joint dysfunction index （DI）， palpation index （PI）， and Fricton index （CMI） of the two groups were used to evaluate efficacy. Results After treatment， the VAS scores of the two groups were all significantly lower than those before treatment （P < 0.05）， the scores of DI， PI and CMI in the observation group were all significantly lower than those before treatment （P < 0.05）. After treatment， the scores of VAS， DI， PI and CMI in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion Impulse IQ can significantly improve the function of temporomandibular joint and relieve the pain of temporomandibular joint disorder in patients with temporomandibular joint disorder with syndrome of blockade of cold-dampness.
