　法院立案庭庭長述職述廉報告 00*年度我院立案庭的的黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)目標任務(wù)是：：根據(jù)上級黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)工作作要求，安排本庭工作，堅持持以身作則，廉潔自律，貫徹徹執(zhí)行民主集中制原則，防止止違法違紀，不廉潔問題發(fā)生生。我作為立案庭庭長，在院院黨組的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，在主管管院長的具體指導(dǎo)下，同志們們的大力支持下，明確職責(zé)，，在干好本職工作同時加強黨黨性修養(yǎng)，遵守黨的紀律，完完成了黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)的各項目目標，現(xiàn)將自己一年來的廉潔潔自律情況向組織報告于后：：

　二、一崗雙責(zé)，搞好好廉政建設(shè) 年初，我代表立立案庭與院黨組書記、副書記記、成員簽訂了黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)設(shè)責(zé)任書。根據(jù)責(zé)任書的十一一項職責(zé)，又于全庭同志簽訂訂了黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)目標承諾書書。一年來，緊緊圍繞“公正正與效率”這一主題深化黨風(fēng)風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)教育。把立案工作作同黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)、法官職業(yè)業(yè)道德教育緊密結(jié)合起來。自自己在堅決執(zhí)行《中國共產(chǎn)黨黨黨內(nèi)監(jiān)督條例》和《中國共共產(chǎn)黨紀律處分條例》，《領(lǐng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部廉潔自律的五條規(guī)定定》和《領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部配偶、子女女從業(yè)“兩不準”》及《中國國共產(chǎn)黨黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部廉潔從從政若干準則（試行）》的同同時，帶領(lǐng)全庭同志認真遵守守中央政法委的“四條禁令””及人民法院干警的“八不準準”。以正反兩方面的典型，，進行黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)警示教育育，使全庭同志的政治思想面面貌有了改觀，堅定了政治立立場，提高了黨性修養(yǎng)。堅定定了立足窗口樹人民法官廉政政為民、秉公執(zhí)法的信念。

　三、立足本職，從政為民 “立黨為公，執(zhí)政為民””，立案庭在人民法院改革中中，有著業(yè)務(wù)庭、管理庭、監(jiān)監(jiān)督庭三大職能。在審判業(yè)務(wù)務(wù)上總攬“三大訴訟”、“三三大審判”；在審判管理上為為龍頭；在審判監(jiān)督上，啟動動著人民法院的審判監(jiān)督程序序。同時
