I think everyone has their own regrets. So do I. For example , I always have many ideas about my holiday. Such as, I want to read books every weekend. I want to study every day. But finally I am just eating and sleeping, just like a little pig. I should feel shame. Because I didn’t do anything useful ,I wasted my time. According to the survey, an average of 200000 deaths every day. So may be one day , we will die. Will we still have regrets? Maybe the answer is “yes”. Two weeks has suddenly passed, and time always slips away so quickly that I have no time to think about the past but only the future. I spent a lot of time understanding and pondering on the theory in the book you suggested which is very fundamental and systematic. Now I have a basic understanding of the knowledge on Financial Law.

About a month ago, you assigned a learning task of studying financial crime and corresponding legislative development to us. And my teacher of criminal law required all of his students to write a paper, so I planned to write a paper about financial crime.

I got to know the basic theory about financial crime through a book which is named The Monograph of Criminal Law on Financial Crime written by Liu Xianquan who is a professor teaching law at East China University of Political Science and Law. He mentioned the 1997, 2002 and 2007 National Finance Working Conference in this book. I think it is very important to know the current financial reform and the open policy. In order to know more information about the conference, I read through relevant documents including the recent 2012 National Finance Working Conference in detail. The fourth meeting analyzed the current situation of implementing financial reform and the open policy, and made eight comprehensive arrangements for the financial work in the following days. Premier Wen jiabao stressed the point of boosting confidence of the stock market and private investment in particular.

As with writing a paper, a man must be patient and careful. In this process, through consulting a number of literature materials and comparative analysis of different views, a paper may be written. I am confident my best years lie ahead of me and I will continue to make uemitting effort.
