2012年4月24日，國(guó)家旅游局在安徽黃山舉行《旅游突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急手冊(cè)》暨《旅游安全管理培訓(xùn)系列叢書(shū)》首發(fā)儀式。國(guó)家旅游局高度重視旅游安全工作，積極履行公共服務(wù)職能，采取多種措施加強(qiáng)旅游安全宣傳和培訓(xùn)。組織編制并發(fā)布發(fā)行《旅游突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急手冊(cè)》以及《旅游安全管理培訓(xùn)系列叢書(shū)》是其中的一項(xiàng)重要措施，對(duì)進(jìn)一步引導(dǎo)游客安全出游、強(qiáng)化各級(jí)旅游行政管理部門(mén)及旅游經(jīng)營(yíng)者的安全責(zé)任意識(shí)、提高旅游行業(yè)安全保障能力具有十分重要的意義。

據(jù)了解，《旅游突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急手冊(cè)》簡(jiǎn)明扼要、生動(dòng)形象地介紹了游客在旅游活動(dòng)中遭遇各類旅游突發(fā)事件時(shí)的避險(xiǎn)和應(yīng)急處置方法，以及特殊旅游項(xiàng)目的應(yīng)急常識(shí)，將有助于增強(qiáng)廣大游客的安全意識(shí)，提高游客應(yīng)急自救互救能力，防范和化解旅游安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

2012年1季度全國(guó)星級(jí)酒店開(kāi)業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)告（源自邁點(diǎn)網(wǎng)）

2012年一季度的酒店數(shù)量非常少，跌破了季度開(kāi)業(yè)數(shù)量的最低值。從2011年Q2至2011年Q1的全國(guó)星級(jí)酒店開(kāi)業(yè)數(shù)量來(lái)看，2011年酒店開(kāi)業(yè)數(shù)量逐步上升，到4季度已經(jīng)是極致了，今年年初開(kāi)業(yè)數(shù)量就開(kāi)始回落。

據(jù)邁點(diǎn)旅游研究院對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)酒店開(kāi)業(yè)情況的不完全統(tǒng)計(jì)，2012年1季度，國(guó)內(nèi)開(kāi)業(yè)的星級(jí)酒店數(shù)為39家，客房總數(shù)超過(guò)9786間(套)。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，1季度開(kāi)業(yè)的三星級(jí)以上(含3星)酒店中，五星級(jí)酒店仍是投資商考慮的重點(diǎn)，但本季度三星級(jí)酒店數(shù)量的比例上升較多，與四星級(jí)酒店數(shù)量差距減少。本季度單體酒店和國(guó)內(nèi)酒店的比例有所上升，國(guó)際聯(lián)號(hào)數(shù)量不到酒店總量的三分之一。

(1) 開(kāi)業(yè)酒店區(qū)域分布

從開(kāi)業(yè)酒店的地域分布來(lái)看，2012年1-3月，全國(guó)有17個(gè)地區(qū)有高星級(jí)酒店開(kāi)業(yè)。本季度開(kāi)業(yè)酒店主要還是分布在沿海地區(qū)，相對(duì)于上季度來(lái)說(shuō)，該地區(qū)開(kāi)業(yè)酒店的比例有所上升，相反中西部地區(qū)的開(kāi)業(yè)酒店數(shù)量在總數(shù)量中的比例有所下降。本季度酒店開(kāi)業(yè)數(shù)量最多的是四川和浙江地區(qū)，均有5家高星級(jí)酒店開(kāi)

業(yè)，各占全國(guó)星級(jí)酒店開(kāi)業(yè)數(shù)的13%。其他地區(qū)如江蘇(4家)、河南(4家)、廣東(3家)、廣西(3家)等地區(qū)陸續(xù)有高星級(jí)酒店開(kāi)業(yè)。

四川酒店業(yè)自2000年開(kāi)始，景氣周期持續(xù)近10年。尤其是震后三年里，外資酒店投資的力度以每年30%遞增。目前在川外商投資的商務(wù)型酒店占比達(dá)20%，其余主要集中在4、5星級(jí)等高級(jí)酒店中，主題型酒店和度假型酒店將成為新的投資熱點(diǎn)。

從開(kāi)業(yè)酒店星級(jí)分布來(lái)看，2012年1-3月新開(kāi)業(yè)的星級(jí)酒店中，與上一季度相比，五星級(jí)酒店數(shù)量有所下降，本季度開(kāi)業(yè)了26家，占全國(guó)星級(jí)酒店開(kāi)業(yè)數(shù)的比例為72%。三星級(jí)酒店數(shù)量有所上升，本季度開(kāi)業(yè)了4家，占開(kāi)業(yè)總數(shù)的11%。自從新版星評(píng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)出來(lái)后，星級(jí)酒店的日子不如以前好過(guò)了。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2011年我國(guó)有806家星級(jí)酒店被摘牌，其中五星14家。以往都是三、四星級(jí)的酒店被“摘牌”，現(xiàn)在五星級(jí)酒店也難�！敖K身制”，其中也不乏品牌酒店。一批批酒店?duì)幭嚅_(kāi)業(yè)，又有一批批酒店被“摘星”，酒店是否該深思在謀求數(shù)量的同時(shí)忽略了什么?建造五星級(jí)酒店不是一勞永逸的，為了維持五星級(jí)酒店的“星級(jí)”，酒店必須嚴(yán)格按照星級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行，要想在“五星級(jí)”這個(gè)領(lǐng)域中生存，投入的人力物力是必不可少的。

從邁點(diǎn)旅游研究院統(tǒng)計(jì)的開(kāi)業(yè)酒店的品牌分布來(lái)看，1季度新開(kāi)業(yè)的酒店中，國(guó)際聯(lián)號(hào)酒店的比例下降至總數(shù)量的三分之一，單體酒店和國(guó)內(nèi)酒店的比例上升，尤其是單體酒店的數(shù)量在總開(kāi)業(yè)數(shù)中所占比例為59%。單體酒店數(shù)量過(guò)多對(duì)于中國(guó)酒店業(yè)并不是一個(gè)好的現(xiàn)象，單體酒店由于沒(méi)有規(guī)模經(jīng)營(yíng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，品牌的認(rèn)知度比較低，抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力小，其生存的空間也非常小。而本土連鎖酒店在品牌建設(shè)上也還很欠缺，所以本土高星級(jí)酒店在品牌建設(shè)上總是比不過(guò)國(guó)際聯(lián)號(hào)的酒店，在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中也總是節(jié)節(jié)敗退�？偠�言之，本土酒店做好品牌建設(shè)是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。

China Q1 GDP growth eases to 7.7%, mild recovery on track

China's annual rate of economic growth eased to 7.7 percent in the first three months of 2013, weaker than the market expectation of 8.0 percent. China's statistics agency says the slower-than-expected growth is recorded because the government tapped policy brakes, and it will not impact the achievement of China's whole year target of

7.5 percent. China recorded a slower-than-expected year-on-year economic growth rate of 7.7 percent in the first quarter of 2013.

It's lower than the 7.9 percent growth in the fourth quarter of 2012. Sheng Laiyun, spokesman of the National Bureau of Statistics, says China's overall economic growth is stable.China is likely to achieve its show year target.

1、在平臺(tái)下載安裝完畢后，首先需要做的，是需要擁有自己的模擬帳戶。如圖：

認(rèn)真填寫(xiě)圖表所需資料，填寫(xiě)完畢后，根據(jù)自身情況，選定合適的存款額（自己打算投資的金額），以方便真實(shí)有效的體驗(yàn)。

其中，共有“顏色設(shè)置”“常用”兩部分。如圖： 顏色設(shè)置部分： 陽(yáng)柱：代表上漲線； 陰柱：代表下跌線；

折線圖：代表十字、丁字星等特殊形態(tài)。

一般按照我們中國(guó)人的常規(guī)習(xí)慣，陰綠陽(yáng)紅進(jìn)行設(shè)置，折線圖則推薦使用藍(lán)色以便區(qū)分。
