[摘要]目的 探討高血壓病住院患者死亡的原因。方法 選取2015年1月～2017年9月我院的357例死亡的高血壓病住院患者作為研究對(duì)象，分析患者的臨床資料，了解患者的年齡、性別分布，同時(shí)總結(jié)患者高血壓分級(jí)分布以及死亡的主要原因。結(jié)果 高血壓病患者的死亡率隨年齡增大呈現(xiàn)增長趨勢(shì)，且死亡的高血壓病住院患者中男性（59.38%）多于女性患者（40.62%）。血壓90～99/140～159 mmHg患者28例（7.84%）；血壓100～109/160～179 mmHg患者88例（24.56%）；血壓≥110/180 mmHg患者241例（67.51%）。死亡原因有惡性腫瘤（40.62%）、循環(huán)系統(tǒng)疾�。�38.66%）、呼吸系統(tǒng)疾�。�8.68%）、消化系統(tǒng)疾�。�4.20%）、泌尿系統(tǒng)疾�。�2.80%）及其他（5.04%）。結(jié)論 高血壓病住院患者死亡的原因主要有惡性腫瘤、循環(huán)系統(tǒng)疾病、呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病等，為此，臨床應(yīng)予以高度重視。

　　Analysis of the causes of death in patients with hypertension

　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the causes of death in hypertensive patients in hospital.Methods 357 hypertensive patients in hospital who died in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2017 were selected as the subjects.The clinical data of the patients were analyzed to understand the age and gender distribution of the patients.At the same time，the classification of hypertension and the main causes of death were summarized.Results The mortality rate of hypertensive patients in hospital showed an increasing trend with the increase of age，and the mortality rate of males patients with hypertension （59.38%） was more than that of female patients （40.62%）.Patients with blood pressure of 90-99/140-159 mmHg were 28 cases （7.84%），patients with blood pressure of 100-109/160-179 mmHg were 88 cases （24.56%），patients with blood pressure ≥110/180 mmHg was 241 cases （67.51%）.The causes of death were malignant tumors （40.62%），circulatory system diseases （38.66%），respiratory diseases （8.68%），digestive diseases （4.20%），urinary system diseases （2.80%） and others （5.04%）.Conclusion The main causes of death in hypertensive patients in hospital are malignant tumor，circulatory system disease，respiratory system disease and so on.Therefore，the clinic should pay high attention to it.

　　高血壓病是臨床中比較常見的一種心血管病癥，近些年來發(fā)病率呈現(xiàn)逐年上升的趨勢(shì)，對(duì)人們的健康安全有著極大的影響[1]。針對(duì)高血壓病住院患者來說，臨床中不應(yīng)只是關(guān)注藥物治療與血壓控制，還要注意防范并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生，以此減少患者死亡。近些年來，根據(jù)相關(guān)調(diào)查顯示，高血壓患者并發(fā)心血管事件的概率越來越高，致使患者死亡率比較高。同時(shí)，隨著患者年齡的不斷增大，死于腫瘤的患者越來越多，因此應(yīng)注意患者是否伴有腫瘤癥狀，其中肺癌為第一高發(fā)腫瘤，應(yīng)定期復(fù)查患者胸片。此外，在患者住院期間，感染也是一種導(dǎo)致患者死亡的高危因素，因此，一定要根據(jù)患者的實(shí)際情況，制定合理、科學(xué)的治療方案。本研究選取我院的357例死亡的高血壓病住院患者作為研究對(duì)象，分析患者死亡的原因，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
　　1資料與方法
　　1.1一般資料
　　選取2015年1月～2017年9月我院的357例死亡的高血壓病住院患者作為研究對(duì)象，其中女145例，男212例，年齡30～92歲，平均（61.2±2.5）歲。
