[摘要]目的 觀察安神湯加減治療肝郁氣滯型失眠的臨床效果。方法 選取我院2015年1月～2017年1月收治的97例肝郁氣滯型失眠者，將其按隨機(jī)排列表法分為兩組，其中對(duì)照組48例（采用勞拉西泮片），觀察組49例（加用安神湯）。比較兩組患者治療前后的睡眠質(zhì)量、中醫(yī)癥候評(píng)分，評(píng)估治療效果。結(jié)果 觀察組的總有效率為95.9%，高于對(duì)照組的85.4%（P<0.05）。觀察組患者治療后的睡眠質(zhì)量各項(xiàng)評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。觀察組患者治療后的中醫(yī)癥候評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 安神湯加減治療肝郁氣滯型失眠的臨床效果較好，可明顯提高患者的睡眠質(zhì)量，可在臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

　　Clinical effect observation of modified Anshen Decoction in the treatment of insomnia of type liver depression and qi stagnation

　　[Abstract]Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Anshen Decoction in the treatment of insomnia of liver depression and qi stagnation type.Methods From January 2015 to January 2017，97 insomnia patients with type liver depression and qi stagnation treated in our hospital were selected.They were divided into the two groups according to the random permutation table method.In the control group （n=48），Lorazepam Tablets was used，while in the observation group，Anshen Decoction was added.The sleeping quality before and after treatment was compared in order to evaluate the therapeutic effect.The quality of sleep and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment，and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.9%，which was higher than that of the control group （85.4%） （P<0.05）.The various score of sleep quality of the patients in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group reapectively （P<0.05）.The score of TCM syndrome in patients of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of modified Anshen Decoction in the treatment of insomnia of liver depression and qi stagnation type is better，and can obviously improve the quality of sleep for patients and can be promoted and applied in clinic.

　　失眠早期在中老年群體中發(fā)病率較高，其中老年者由于身體老邁、臟器功能降低，易出現(xiàn)失眠癥狀，但近幾年生活、工作壓力增加導(dǎo)致失眠者年齡呈年輕化，其不僅影響患者的睡眠質(zhì)量，還會(huì)給患者的日常生活、工作、學(xué)習(xí)等均造成困擾[1]。西醫(yī)認(rèn)為失眠是人體腦部皮質(zhì)興奮、抑制失調(diào)有關(guān)，故臨床西藥治療多選擇鎮(zhèn)靜類藥物治療，勞拉西泮為苯二氮■類藥物，具有良好的鎮(zhèn)靜效果，其短期使用對(duì)患者的失眠癥狀有一定的改善作用[2]。但臨床發(fā)現(xiàn)此藥長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用不僅造成患者易對(duì)藥物產(chǎn)生依賴性，同時(shí)長(zhǎng)期用藥會(huì)造成患者出現(xiàn)頭暈、乏力以及肝腎功能損害等不良反應(yīng)，導(dǎo)致治療效果降低[3]。近幾年，中藥因藥效溫和、不良反應(yīng)少、療效良好，被廣泛用于臨床疾病治療，故有學(xué)者提出治療時(shí)行中醫(yī)辨證治療使用安神湯劑加減，以有效提高治療效效果，改善患者的睡眠質(zhì)量。本文觀察49例肝郁氣滯型失眠者以安神湯加減治療的有效性，見如下報(bào)道。
