The Japan-based U.S. destroyer USS Fitzgeraldjoined Chinese and foreign naval ves-sels in a grand international fleet review tocelebrate the 60th anniversary of the found-ing of the Navy of the People"s LiberationArmy (PLA) in the coastal city of Qingdao,Shandong Province, on April 23. A total of21 foreign ships from 14 countries took partin the event.
