[摘要] 目的 應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代3S技術(shù)調(diào)查柴胡、知母等24種邯鄲市野生道地中藥材的蘊(yùn)藏量，并對(duì)其現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行評(píng)估，為野生中藥材資源的保護(hù)提供依據(jù)。 方法 運(yùn)用3S技術(shù)在邯鄲市域內(nèi)進(jìn)行調(diào)查，并進(jìn)行蘊(yùn)藏量計(jì)算，運(yùn)用層次分析法綜合評(píng)價(jià)野生中藥材現(xiàn)狀。 結(jié)果 調(diào)查的24種野生道地中藥材，蘊(yùn)藏量在千噸以上的有3種，百噸至千噸之間的有12種，百噸以下的有9種，通過綜合評(píng)價(jià)發(fā)現(xiàn)酸棗仁、益母草等6種中藥材綜合現(xiàn)狀較好，皂角刺、苦參等10種中藥材綜合評(píng)價(jià)現(xiàn)狀一般，黃精、知母等8種中藥材綜合現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀，應(yīng)引起重視。 結(jié)論 邯鄲市野生道地中藥材蘊(yùn)藏量較大，但各品種之間差距卻很大，應(yīng)在摸清家底的情況下對(duì)其進(jìn)行合理的開發(fā)利用和保護(hù)。

　　[Abstract] Objective Modern 3S technology was applied to investigate the stock of 24 kinds of wild genuine regional drugs in Handan City， such as Radix Bupleuri， Rhizoma Anemarrhenae， etc， to evaluate its current situation and provide a basis for the protection of wild genuine regional drugs. Methods 3S technology was used to investigate the stock of wild genuine regional drugs in Handan City and to calculate its stock， the status of wild genuine regional drugs was evaluated by analytic hierarchy process. Results Among the 24 species of wild genuine regional drugs， there were 3 species of stock more than 1000 tons， 12 species between 100 tons and 1000 tons， and 9 species less than 100 tons. Through comprehensive evaluation， it was found that 6 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine， such as Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and Herba Leonuri， had a good comprehensive status. 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine， such as Spina Gleditsiae， Radix Sophorae Flavescentis， had a general comprehensive status. The comprehensive present situation of 8 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine， such as Rhizoma Polygonati and Rhizoma Anemarrhenae， was not optimistic， and should be paid more attention. Conclusion The stock of Handan genuine regional drugs is large， but the difference among different varieties is very large， so it is necessary to carry out reasonable development and utilization and protection under the full understanding of the background.

　　河北省邯鄲市屬太行山脈地區(qū)，中藥材產(chǎn)量很大。但近年來由于開放性的采挖，造成部分中藥材產(chǎn)量急劇下降，因此為了保護(hù)本地區(qū)中藥材資源，掌握目前中藥材種類和儲(chǔ)量是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。針對(duì)中藥資源可持續(xù)利用存在的問題，國(guó)家科技部等在《中藥現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展綱要》（2002～2010年）中指出：“在充分利用資源的同時(shí)，保護(hù)資源和環(huán)境，保護(hù)生物多樣性和生態(tài)平衡。特別要注意對(duì)瀕危和緊缺中藥材資源的修復(fù)和再生，防止流失、退化和滅絕，保障中藥資源的可持續(xù)利用和中藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展�！盵1]因此，第四次全國(guó)性中藥資源普查勢(shì)在必行，其意義就在于摸清中藥資源家底，保障中醫(yī)藥的傳承，探索中醫(yī)藥未來的發(fā)展道路[2]。目前，我國(guó)中藥資源總體處于家底不清，保護(hù)和開發(fā)利用依據(jù)不足的狀態(tài)[3]。傳統(tǒng)的中藥資源儲(chǔ)量調(diào)查一直采用收購(gòu)量推算，人為主觀估計(jì)。這種調(diào)查方法受主觀因素影響較大，缺乏科學(xué)性。文中的道地中藥材品種全部收載于周海平等[4]主編的《邯鄲道地藥材》一書中。基于此，本文是在全國(guó)第四次中藥資源普查工作的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用3S技術(shù)對(duì)邯鄲市24種道地中藥材蘊(yùn)藏量進(jìn)行了估算，并對(duì)野生中藥材進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)，以利于相關(guān)部門對(duì)邯鄲市道地中藥材有針對(duì)性地采取措施進(jìn)行保護(hù)和規(guī)劃性采挖使用。
