[摘要]《中藥材保護(hù)和發(fā)展規(guī)劃（2015—2020）》和《中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃綱要（2016—2030年）》的發(fā)布說明我國中藥材產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)入新的、高水平的發(fā)展機(jī)遇期；另一方面，“屠呦呦”效應(yīng)不僅助推了該產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，也預(yù)示著該產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際競爭日漸劇烈。在機(jī)遇與競爭高位并存的新“形勢”下，中藥材產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代高級技術(shù)人員的培養(yǎng)成為中藥材產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問題之一。作為中藥學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)的前沿課程，分子生藥學(xué)是生藥學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)結(jié)合的一門新興交叉學(xué)科，對培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)代中藥材產(chǎn)業(yè)的高級技術(shù)人員顯得尤為重要。分子生藥學(xué)不僅繼承傳統(tǒng)生藥學(xué)的觀念，彌補(bǔ)其不足，還處于分子生物技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的前沿，不斷地推陳出新，進(jìn)而促進(jìn)生藥學(xué)的發(fā)展。這些也是分子生藥學(xué)的教學(xué)難點(diǎn)，很難有統(tǒng)一的教學(xué)模式，因此，該文從全國分子生藥學(xué)教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀、本科生和研究生教育、社會認(rèn)同、課程自我理論和實(shí)踐的更新等幾個方面闡述可能的教學(xué)模式，培養(yǎng)高級中藥材產(chǎn)業(yè)人才，滿足社會和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的需求。

　　[Abstract]The industry of Chinese medicinal materials is going through another highlevel development stage with some important files issued by Chinese government in the past months， such as "the protection and development plans of Chinese medicinal materials （20152020）" and "the strategic development plans of Chinese medicine （20162030）" In addition， the effect of "TU Youyou" will not only improve the industry development， but also indicates the increasing international competition intensely Therefore， one of the core problems of the sustainabledevelopment industry is the training of senior talents under the "New Situation" with opportunity and intense competition As one of the forefront courses of Chinese Pharmacology， Molecular Pharmacognosy （MP） is a new interdisciplinary science， which integrates the pharmacognosy and molecular biology， and combines many discipline theories and technological systems MP not only inherits the traditional concepts，but also makes up for the shortages of pharmacognosy， and improves the development of pharmacognosy Thus， these are importance of MP for cultivation of senior talents， and also the difficult teaching points of MP with no unified teaching mode We will， in this paper， discuss the possible teaching modes through several aspects for talent cultivation and meeting the needs of social and industry development， such as teaching state of MP， the education of undergraduate and graduate students， social identity， and self renewal of curriculum theories and practice.
