摘要 [目的]研究分析不同涂布率下再造煙葉的裂解產(chǎn)物。[方法] 采用在線熱裂解-氣相色譜/質(zhì)譜（Py-GC/MS）聯(lián)用技術(shù)，在模擬卷煙燃燒的狀態(tài)下，對(duì)涂布率為29.05%、33.64%、37.19%、41.69%、45.26%、48.54%的再造煙葉進(jìn)行了熱裂解研究，并對(duì)裂解產(chǎn)物的定性和半定量結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較分析。[結(jié)果]試驗(yàn)表明，不同涂布率再造煙葉熱裂解產(chǎn)物種類是一致的，主要裂解產(chǎn)物均為煙堿、羥基丙酮、乙酸、羥基乙醛、糠醛等;不同涂布率下同一裂解產(chǎn)物的相對(duì)百分含量具有一定差異，其中差異較為明顯的有煙堿、羥基丙酮、乙酸、羥基乙醛等。[結(jié)論]該研究可為再造煙葉生產(chǎn)過程中選取合適的涂布率提供理論參考。

　　Comparative Analysis of Pyrolysates of Reconstituted Tobacco under Different Coatings Coverage Rate

　　Abstract [Objective] To analyze pyrolysates of reconstituted tobacco under different coatings coverage rate. [Method] Reconstituted tobacco under different coatings coverage rate of 29.05%， 33.64%， 37.19%， 41.69%， 45.26%， 48.54% was studied by on-line pyrolysis-gas chromatography mass spectrometry （Py-GC/MS） under the conditions of simulating cigarette burning， and the qualitative and semi-quantitative results of pyrolysates were comparative analyzed. [Result] The results indicated that： types of pyrolysates were the same under different coatings coverage rate of reconstituted tobacco and the main products included nicotine， hydroxy acetone， acetic acid， hydroxy aldehyde， furfural and so on; Relative percentage of one pyrolysate was different in a certain extent under different coatings coverage rate， and the differences were especially obvious in the certain of nicotine， hydroxy acetone， acetic acid， hydroxy aldehyde and so on. [Conclusion] The study provided a theoretical reference for selecting suitable coatings coverage rate in the process of reconstituted tobacco.

　　熱裂解-氣相色譜/質(zhì)譜（Py-GC/MS）聯(lián)用技術(shù)具有進(jìn)樣量少、可直接進(jìn)樣、分析速度快、重現(xiàn)性好、信息量大及樣品物理狀態(tài)不限等優(yōu)點(diǎn)[1]，因而在諸多領(lǐng)域，尤其是煙草化學(xué)、天然產(chǎn)物分析、聚合物研究等領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用。
　　再造煙葉是一種以煙梗、煙末等煙草物質(zhì)為主體原料，經(jīng)過重新組合加工而成的產(chǎn)品，也叫煙草薄片或重組煙草[2]。再造煙葉涂布率是以再造煙葉絕干定量減去基片絕干定量后重量與再造煙葉絕干定量之比的表示形式，主要表現(xiàn)為涂布到基片上水溶性成分量占再造煙葉質(zhì)量的多少。涂布率即是造紙法再造煙葉生產(chǎn)制造一個(gè)關(guān)鍵的過程質(zhì)量參數(shù)，也是一個(gè)非常重要的生產(chǎn)線經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行指標(biāo)。涂布率代表了煙草萃取物的還原量，它與再造煙葉的吸味相關(guān)，也影響再造煙葉的化學(xué)指標(biāo)控制與卷煙的煙氣變化。筆者通過對(duì)不同涂布率下再造煙葉的裂解產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行研究，旨在為選取合適的再造煙葉涂布率指標(biāo)提供理論參考。
　　1 材料與方法
　　1.1 材料
　　1.1.1 原料。煙梗、煙末和碎煙片由上海煙草集團(tuán)太倉(cāng)海煙煙草薄片有限公司提供。
　　1.1.2 主要儀器。CDS5250T熱裂解儀，美國(guó)CDS公司;GC7890A/5975C氣相色譜/質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用儀、HP-5MS毛細(xì)管柱（30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm），美國(guó)安捷倫科技有限公司; XP205分析天平（感量0.01 mg），瑞士METTLER TOLEDO;KSW-4D-11電阻爐溫度控制器，上海博迅實(shí)業(yè)有限公司醫(yī)療設(shè)備廠;VENTICELL鼓風(fēng)干燥箱，德國(guó)MMM公司;PTI Rapid-kothen紙頁(yè)成型器，奧地利;高濃實(shí)驗(yàn)盤磨機(jī)（轉(zhuǎn)速2 700 r/min，盤磨直徑300 mm），吉林市晨鳴機(jī)械制造有限公司。
