摘要 選取了廣元煙區(qū)2014—2015年間的75份烤煙樣品，通過檢測(cè)其外觀質(zhì)量、常規(guī)化學(xué)成分和感官評(píng)吸質(zhì)量，分析了廣元煙區(qū)烤煙的主要質(zhì)量特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果表明，廣元煙葉成熟度在尚熟和成熟之間；煙葉顏色多以桔黃為主；葉片結(jié)構(gòu)多為尚疏松或疏松；葉片身份除部分煙葉稍有不同程度偏厚或稍薄外，其他較為適中；大部分等級(jí)葉片色度在中等以上；油分多為有、較多或多；化學(xué)成分和感官評(píng)吸質(zhì)量整體適宜。廣元烤煙外觀質(zhì)量、常規(guī)化學(xué)成分和感官評(píng)吸質(zhì)量在年份間表現(xiàn)整體穩(wěn)定，在地點(diǎn)間以劍閣縣煙葉變異較小，旺蒼縣煙葉變異較大。

　　Abstract 75 flue-cured tobacco samples from Guangyuan tobacco growing area in 2014—2015 were selected.The main quality characteristics of flue-cured tobacco in Guangyuan tobacco growing area were analyzed by testing the appearance quality，chemical composition and sensory evaluation quality.The results showed that the maturity of Guangyuan tobacco was between ripe and ripening；the color of tobacco leaves was mostly orange，and the leaf structure was mostly loose or looser.The leaves had some different thicknesses or slightly thinner，the other was more moderate；most of the grade of leaf color were in the middle；oil was have，relatively more or more；chemical composition and sensory evaluation of the overall quality were appropriate.The appearance quality，conventional chemical composition and sensory evaluation quality of Guangyuan flue-cured tobacco were statistically stable among years，and the variation of tobacco leaf in the Jiange County was small，the variation of tobacco leaf in Wangcang County was significant.

　　廣元市位于四川盆地北部邊緣，屬盆周山地，介于東經(jīng)104°36′～106°45′、北緯31°31′～32°51′之間，幅員面積1.63萬km2，占全省總面積的3.4%。北與秦嶺相隔，與陜西接壤，地貌屬山地、丘陵漸次過度地帶。低山、丘陵占幅員面積的87.4%，一般海拔在900～1 100 m之間，是四川省重要的宜煙區(qū)之一。
　　近年來，廣元市煙葉的質(zhì)量和綜合生產(chǎn)水平有很大的提高，總體品質(zhì)較為優(yōu)良，有較好的配伍性。綜合廣元煙葉的感官評(píng)吸質(zhì)量，參照重點(diǎn)中煙工業(yè)公司對(duì)廣元煙葉的工業(yè)使用和評(píng)價(jià)意見，認(rèn)為廣元烤煙中間香型風(fēng)格特征較明顯，以正甜香為主體香韻，輔以清甜、烘烤、木香、清香等香韻，香韻表現(xiàn)較豐富。
　　筆者對(duì)廣元煙區(qū)2014—2015年煙葉的外觀質(zhì)量、常規(guī)化學(xué)成分和感官評(píng)吸質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了分析，并比較了煙葉的質(zhì)量指標(biāo)在年度和地點(diǎn)間的差異，旨在為廣元煙區(qū)優(yōu)質(zhì)煙葉生產(chǎn)提供參考。
　　1 材料與方法
　　1.1 采樣地點(diǎn)
　　2014—2015年采用GPS定位技術(shù)，選取廣元煙區(qū)3個(gè)縣區(qū)（劍閣、昭化和旺蒼）的75個(gè)植煙鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)為取樣地點(diǎn)和基本取樣單元。
　　1.2 煙葉樣品采集
　　以植煙鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)為最小取樣單元，每個(gè)取樣點(diǎn)取1個(gè)代表性烤后煙葉樣品（等級(jí)為C3F）各1.5 kg，記錄編號(hào)并保存。
　　1.3 烤煙品質(zhì)指標(biāo)測(cè)定
　　1.3.1 外觀質(zhì)量評(píng)定。主要包括顏色、成熟度、油分、色度、葉片結(jié)構(gòu)、身份等，按照國(guó)標(biāo)《烤煙》（GB2635—1992）方法進(jìn)行評(píng)定，同時(shí)采用賦值法對(duì)6項(xiàng)外觀指標(biāo)進(jìn)行量化處理，具體量化賦值方法參考文獻(xiàn)[1-3]的方法。
