[摘要] 目的 研究分析消化性潰瘍合并糖尿病患者接受西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療與自擬中藥方劑辨證加減治療的臨床效果，為臨床使用中藥房治療提供依據(jù)。 方法 根據(jù)該院2012—2014年的消化性潰瘍合并糖尿病患者96例來(lái)進(jìn)行研究分析，將患者分組為對(duì)照組和觀(guān)察組，兩組均保持正常范圍的血糖水平，對(duì)照組使用西醫(yī)抗?jié)冎委�，觀(guān)察組除了對(duì)照組治療內(nèi)容還增加了自擬中藥方劑治療，對(duì)兩組的臨床治療不良反應(yīng)情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。 結(jié)果 經(jīng)過(guò)治療后，對(duì)照組臨床治療有效率是79.17%；觀(guān)察組臨床治療有效率是93.75%，兩組患者的臨床治療有效率對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。對(duì)照組不良反應(yīng)幾率是14.53%；觀(guān)察組不良反應(yīng)幾率是2.08%。對(duì)照組有17例復(fù)發(fā)，復(fù)發(fā)率是35.42%，觀(guān)察組有4例復(fù)發(fā)，復(fù)發(fā)率是8.33%（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 消化性潰瘍合并糖尿病患者的血糖控制良好時(shí)接受自擬中藥方劑辨證加減治療的效果優(yōu)于西醫(yī)治療，不良反應(yīng)率低，治療的有效率高，復(fù)發(fā)率低，患者的癥狀改善明顯，臨床中可以推廣。

　　[Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of routine western medicine treatment and self-mademodified Chinese medicinal formula differentiation in treatment of peptic ulcer combined with diabetes thus providing basis for the treatment of dispensary of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 96 cases of patients with peptic ulcer combined with diabetes in our hospital from 2012 to 2014 were selected for research and analysis， and the patients were divided into two groups， both groups had the normal-range blood glucose level， the control group used the western medicine anti-ulcer therapy， while the observation group added the self-made Chinese medicinal formula on the basis of the control group， and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， the effective rate in the control group and in the observation group was respectively 79.17% and 93.75%， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）， and the occurrence probability in the control group and in the observation group was respectively 14.53% and 2.08%， and the recurrence rate in the control group and in the observation group was respectively 35.42% and 8.33%（17 cases vs 4 cases）（P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of self-made modified Chinese medicinal formula differentiation in treatment of peptic ulcer combined with diabetes is better than that of western medicine treatment， with low adverse reactions and high treatment effective rate， low recurrence rate， and the symptoms of patients are obviously improved， and it can be promoted in clinic.

　　現(xiàn)在人們的生活速度比較快，生活習(xí)慣發(fā)生了很大的變化，消化性潰瘍疾病的發(fā)生率在增加，糖尿病也是社會(huì)普遍存在的一種疾病，對(duì)人們的健康產(chǎn)生了很大的影響，兩種疾病合并發(fā)作也比較常見(jiàn)[1]。消化性潰瘍患者發(fā)病后，長(zhǎng)期接受治療，容易復(fù)發(fā)，還有癌化的幾率，因此對(duì)患者造成了非常大的健康影響，臨床中需要重視。研究表明患者的消化性潰瘍可以由感染、情緒、胃酸過(guò)度分泌等導(dǎo)致，幽門(mén)螺桿菌和消化性潰瘍之間關(guān)聯(lián)緊密，西醫(yī)治療主要是抑制胃酸分泌，保護(hù)胃粘膜，抗幽門(mén)螺桿菌，實(shí)際治療時(shí)具有比較多的不良反應(yīng)。西醫(yī)治療主要是使用綜合治療方式，效果不佳。該次該院于2012—2014年就96例消化性潰瘍合并糖尿病患者開(kāi)展研究，探討西醫(yī)結(jié)合自擬中藥方劑治療的效果，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
