摘   要：目的  觀察分析中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療妊娠期念珠菌性陰道炎臨床效果。方法  選取我院2016年1月～2017年6月治療的68例妊娠期念珠菌性陰道炎患者，隨機(jī)分成觀察組和對(duì)照組各34例。對(duì)照組采用克霉唑陰道片治療，觀察組采用復(fù)方苦參洗劑聯(lián)合克霉唑陰道片治療，并對(duì)兩組臨床療效、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率、復(fù)發(fā)率進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果  觀察組治療總有效率為94.12%，明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組的85.29%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。觀察組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為11.76%，復(fù)發(fā)率為5.88%，低于對(duì)照組的17.65%和14.71%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論  復(fù)方苦參洗劑聯(lián)合克霉唑陰道片治療妊娠期念珠菌性陰道炎，臨床療效顯著，有效降低疾病復(fù)發(fā)率，具有較高安全性，值得臨床推廣。

　　Clinical Effect of Compound Sophora Flavescens Lotion Combined with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablet in the Treatment of Candida Vaginitis during Pregnancy

　　Abstract：Objective  To observe and analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of Candida vaginitis in pregnancy.Methods  68 patients with candidal vaginitis during pregnancy from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group（n= 34）and control group（n=34）.The control group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablet.The observation group was treated with compound Sophora flavescens lotion combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablet.The clinical effect，adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results  The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.12%， which was significantly better than that in the control group 85.29%，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.76%，and the recurrence rate was 5.88%，which was lower than that in the control group 17.65% and 14.71%，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion  Compound Sophora flavescens lotion combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablet in the treatment of Candida vaginitis during pregnancy has a significant clinical effect， effectively reduces the recurrence rate of the disease，and is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.

　　念珠菌性陰道炎（candidal vaginitis）是臨床婦科常見的疾病，主要是真菌中白色念珠菌過度增多，從而引起外陰陰道感染性疾病，該病在女性妊娠期發(fā)病率較高[1]。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，我國(guó)有60%的女性在妊娠期患過念珠菌性陰道炎，給孕婦及胎兒的健康造成嚴(yán)重的威脅[2]。目前臨床治療妊娠期念珠菌性陰道炎基本采用外用西藥如克霉唑陰道片等，雖然安全性高，但治療效果并不樂觀。近年來中西藥結(jié)合治療已逐漸被人們所認(rèn)可，為此我院選取2016年1月～2017年6月收治的妊娠期念珠菌性陰道炎患者68例，采用復(fù)方苦參洗劑聯(lián)合克霉唑陰道片治療妊娠期念珠菌性陰道炎，并對(duì)臨床效果做進(jìn)一步的觀察分析，具體報(bào)道如下。
