摘   要：目的  觀察腎衰寧聯(lián)合科素亞治療早期糖尿病腎病（DN）的臨床療效。方法  選取2016年1月～2017年1月我科收治確診的早期DN患者80例，隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組，每組40例。對(duì)照組給予飲食宣教、運(yùn)動(dòng)、降血糖、調(diào)血脂等基礎(chǔ)治療并口服科素亞，實(shí)驗(yàn)組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服腎衰寧片。比較治療3個(gè)月后兩組24h U-MA、BUN、Cr變化。結(jié)果  實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療總有效率為85.00%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的65.00%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;兩組治療后24h U-MA、BUN、Cr均顯著低于治療前，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療后24h U-MA、BUN、Cr均顯著低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論  在治療早期糖尿病腎病方面，腎衰寧聯(lián)合科素亞療效顯著，可減少尿蛋白，降低血尿素氮、血肌酐水平，可在臨床大力推廣。

　　Clinical Observation on Early Diabetic Nephropathy Treated by Shenshuaining Combined with Kosu

　　Abstract：Objective  To observe the clinical effect of Shenshuaining combined with Kosu in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods  From January 2016 to January 2017，80 patients with early DN were randomly divided into experimental group and control group，40 cases in each group.The control group was given diet education，exercise，hypoglycemia，blood lipids adjustment and so on basic treatment and oral Kosu，the experimental group on the basis of the control group oral Shenshuaining tablets，the 24 h U-MA，BUN，Cr changes of the two groups after 3 months were compared.Results  The total effective rate of the experimental group was 85.00%，which was significantly higher than that of the control group 65.00%，the difference was significant（P<0.05），after two groups of treatment，24h U-MA，BUN，Cr were significantly lower than those before treatment，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;the 24 h U-MA，BUN，Cr of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion  In the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy， Shenshuaining combined with Kosu has a significant effect，which can reduce urinary protein，blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine level，and can be popularized in clinical practice.

　　統(tǒng)計(jì)資料顯示[1]，目前我國(guó)糖尿病發(fā)病率已超過10%，還未計(jì)算入糖尿病前期患者。糖尿病腎�。╠iabetic nephropathy，DN）是最常見的微血管并發(fā)癥之一。在我國(guó)，糖尿病腎病是僅次于慢性腎小球腎炎導(dǎo)致終末期腎病的常見病因。DN主要指糖尿病性腎小球硬化，是以血管損害為主的腎小球病變，腎病早期表現(xiàn)為鏡下腎體積增大，腎小球?yàn)V過率呈高濾過狀態(tài)，可出現(xiàn)一過性蛋白尿或微量白蛋白尿，如果早期積極干預(yù)，可不進(jìn)展至臨床腎病期或延緩腎病的發(fā)展�，F(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)認(rèn)為，蛋白尿?yàn)樾哪X血管疾病的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。本研究通過觀察腎衰寧聯(lián)合科素亞治療早期糖尿病腎病的臨床療效，望能為糖尿病腎病患者提供新而有效地早期干預(yù)措施。
