[摘要]目的 研究并探討舒適護理在普外科腹腔鏡手術中的應用效果。方法 選擇我院普外科2015年1月～2017年10月收治的100例腹腔鏡手術患者，按照計算機隨機數(shù)字表法分為兩組，每組各50例。對照組患者施行常規(guī)護理，觀察組患者給予舒適護理，對兩組患者術后疼痛評分、舒適度評分、負性情緒評分、護理滿意度等進行比較。結果 術后8、24、48 h，觀察組患者的疼痛評分均低于對照組（P<0.05），其舒適度評分均高于對照組（P<0.05）。兩組患者護理后的焦慮評分、抑郁評分等負性情緒評分均較護理前顯著降低，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05），而在護理后，觀察組的負性情緒評分低于對照組（P<0.05）。觀察組的護理滿意率為96%，對照組為82%，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 在普外科腹腔鏡手術中實施舒適護理，可有效減輕患者術后疼痛，還有效減輕其負性情緒，有利于提高身心舒適體驗，使患者對護理服務更加滿意。

　　[Abstract]Objective To study and discuss the effect of comfortable nursing in general surgery laparoscopic surgery.Methods 100 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected randomly.According to the random number table method，were randomly divided into two groups，50 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were given routine care and comfortable nursing respectively.The two groups were compared in postoperative pain score，comfort score，negative emotion score and nursing satisfaction.Results The scores of pain in observation group were lower than those in control group at 8，24 and 48 h after operation （P<0.05），and their comfort scores were higher than those in control group （P<0.05）.Negative emotion scores of anxiety score and depression score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing （P<0.05），while negative scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing （P<0.05）.The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96% and that in the control group was 82%.There was significant difference between the two groups，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of general nursing laparoscopic surgery comfort care，which can effectively reduce postoperative pain，but also effectively reduce the negative emotions，help to improve the physical and mental comfort experience，so that patients are more satisfied with the nursing services.
