[摘要]目的 分析Waveone結(jié)合一次根管治療法在乳前牙慢性根尖周炎治療中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取2016年9月～2017年8月在我院門診就診的50例乳前牙慢性根尖周炎患者作為研究對(duì)象。采用電腦單純隨機(jī)抽樣法將患者為觀察組、對(duì)照組，每組25例。觀察組采用Waveone系統(tǒng)，對(duì)照組給予傳統(tǒng)不銹鋼k銼進(jìn)行根管預(yù)備。兩組都采用一次法進(jìn)行根管治療和充填，比較兩組的根管預(yù)備時(shí)間及術(shù)后療效。結(jié)果 觀察組和對(duì)照組的預(yù)備時(shí)間分別為（5.13±0.15）、（7.26±0.19）s，兩組比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。觀察組術(shù)后的有效率為 96%，明顯高于對(duì)照組的72%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 Waveone結(jié)合一次根管治療法治療乳前牙慢性根尖周炎的效果顯著，還可有效縮短操作時(shí)間，值得臨床推廣。

　　Clinical application of Waveone system combined with one-off method in the periapical periodontitis of the anterior deciduous teeth

　　[Abstract]Objective To analyze the application effect of waveone system combined with one-off root canal therapy in chronic periapical periodontitis of the anterior deciduous teeth.Methods From September 2016 to August 2017，50 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis of the anterior deciduous teeth treated in our outpatient clinic were selected as research objects.They were divided into the observation group （n=50） and control group （n=50） by computer random sampling method.In the observation group，Waveone system was used.In the control group，traditional stainless steel k file was used for root canal preparation.The two groups were both treated with one-off root canal therapy and filling.The time of root canal preparation and postoperative effect between the two groups were compared.Results The preparation time in the observation group and control group was （5.13±0.15） s and （7.26±0.19） s respectively with a statistical difference （P<0.05）.In the observation group，the total postoperative effectiveness rate was 96%，and 72% in the control group，which was displayed a statistical difference （P<0.05）.Conclusion For the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis of anterior deciduous teeth，application of Waveone combined with one-off root canal therapy can obtain a remarkable effect，and effectively shorten the operation time，which is worthy of clinical promotion.

　　兒童乳牙的牙齦較薄弱、牙槽骨較疏松、髓腔較大、解剖結(jié)構(gòu)較簡單，因此牙髓和根尖周組織容易受到細(xì)菌侵害，形成根尖周炎[1]。乳牙慢性根尖周炎的發(fā)病率很高，急性期和慢性期的癥狀持續(xù)得不到有效的治療，則會(huì)破壞牙體牙列的完整性和咀嚼功能的發(fā)揮，進(jìn)而影響繼承恒牙胚的正常發(fā)育及萌出[2]。治療乳牙根尖周炎的關(guān)鍵之處是徹底清除根管內(nèi)及根尖周圍的感染物質(zhì)，根管治療術(shù)是治療根尖周炎的首選方法。傳統(tǒng)的根管治療方式需要患兒多次就診，增加患兒的就診次數(shù)和操作配合時(shí)間，繼而增加了患兒的痛苦。隨著根管預(yù)備器械和根充材料的不斷發(fā)展和改進(jìn)，一次法根管治療術(shù)的治療效果得到越來越多口腔醫(yī)生和研究者的認(rèn)可[3-4]。兒童口腔醫(yī)生在臨床中追求更好的材料、更簡便的方式、更舒服快速的臨床效果來解除患兒根尖周炎的臨床癥狀。
