[摘要]目的 探討反復(fù)輸注紅細(xì)胞患者采用洗滌紅細(xì)胞輸血的臨床效果。方法 選擇2015年6月～2017年6月我院收治的134例反復(fù)輸血患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和研究組，每組67例。對(duì)照組患者輸注去白細(xì)胞紅細(xì)胞，研究組患者輸注洗滌紅細(xì)胞懸液，比較兩組患者的輸血效果及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 兩組輸血前血紅蛋白（Hb）、紅細(xì)胞（RBC）、白細(xì)胞（WBC）及血小板（PLT）水平比較，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），輸血后Hb及RBC水平均較輸血前提高（P<0.05），研究組輸血后Hb及RBC水平高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。研究組Hb及WBC提高值高于對(duì)照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05），兩組輸血前后WBC及PLT計(jì)數(shù)比較，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），研究組輸血有效率為98.5%，高于對(duì)照組的85.4%（P<0.05）。兩組患者輸血不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。結(jié)論 洗滌紅細(xì)胞能夠改善反復(fù)輸血患者的紅細(xì)胞輸注效果，提高輸血有效率。

　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate clinical effect of washed red blood cells （WRBC） transfusion in patients with multiple red blood cells transfusion.Methods 134 cases of patients with multiple red blood cells transfusion from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control group and research group，67 cases in each group，and leukocyte-depleted red blood cells （LDRC） were transfused in control group，and WRBC was transfused in research group.And transfusion effect and adverse reaction were tested between control group and research group.Results Levels of Hb，RBC，WBC and PLT were no significant difference before blood transfusion between the two groups （P>0.05）.The level of Hb and RBC after transfusion were higher than those before transfusion in every group （P<0.05），and level of Hb and RBC in research group were higher than that in control group after transfusion （P<0.05）.Increasing of Hb and RBC was higher in research group than that in control group（P<0.05），WBC and PLT count had no significant difference between the two groups before and after blood transfusion（P>0.05），effective rate of blood transfusion was 98.5% in research group than 85.4% in control group，and effective rate of blood transfusion was higher in research groups than that in control groups（P<0.05），incidence rate of adverse transfusion reactions was no significant difference in two groups （P>0.05）.Conclusion WRBC can improve effect of red blood cells transfusion in patients with repeated blood transfusion，and improve efficiency of blood transfusion.
