[摘要] 目的 觀察痔點挑治適宜技術(shù)治療內(nèi)痔的臨床療效。 方法 通過適宜技術(shù)推廣，對5家醫(yī)院門診的320例內(nèi)痔患者，采用痔點挑治治療。觀察患者2周后復(fù)診便血情況、有無挑治點感染等，統(tǒng)計臨床療效，應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計學(xué)軟件SPSS 19.0對結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。 結(jié)果 患者共治愈79例，好轉(zhuǎn)180例，治療總有效率為80.9%。便血癥狀積分由治療前（3.21±0.95）分，降為治療后（1.92±0.79）分（P<0.05）；便時肛門疼痛VAS評分由治療前（3.17±1.60）分，降為治療后（1.75±0.78）分（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 痔點挑治適宜技術(shù)治療內(nèi)痔，簡便易行，臨床療效確切，無明顯不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生，可作為適宜技術(shù)在臨床推廣。

　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of appropriate technology for hemorrhoid point-pricking therapy in treating internal hemorrhoids. Methods 320 patients with internal hemorrhoids in 5 hospitals were treated with hemorrhoid point-pricking therapy， which was promoted through appropriate technology. Hemafecia and infection in hemorrhoid-pricking point were observed at subsequent visit after 2 weeks. Clinical curative effect was analysed statistically using SPSS 19.0 software. Results 79 cases were cured， 180 cases improved， and the total effective rate was 80.9%. The symptoms score of hemafecia was（3.21±0.95） before treatment and reduced to（1.92±0.79） after treatment（P<0.05）. VAS score of anal pain was（3.17±1.60） before treatment and reduced to（1.75±0.78） after treatment（P<0.05）. Conclusion Hemorrhoid point-pricking appropriate technology was simple and easy in treating internal haemorrhoids with clear clinical curative effect and no obvious adverse reactions， which can be promoted as an appropriate technology in clinic.
