[摘要] 目的 探討閉合復(fù)位組合式外固定架治療高危老年股骨粗隆間骨折的臨床效果。 方法 選取河北省中醫(yī)院骨傷科2012年5月～2016年5月收治的60歲以上患者92例作為研究對(duì)象，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療組和對(duì)照組，每組各46例，治療組采用手法牽引閉合復(fù)位組合式外固定架手術(shù)治療，對(duì)照組采用骨牽引治療。術(shù)后均隨訪6個(gè)月。比較兩組Harris評(píng)分及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。 結(jié)果 治療組Harris評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組，并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。 結(jié)論 閉合復(fù)位組合式外固定架手術(shù)治療高齡股骨粗隆間骨折效果較好，可以降低術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率，對(duì)于手術(shù)耐受力差、內(nèi)科疾病較多的高齡患者具有較大優(yōu)勢(shì)，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of the closed reduction combined with external fixaton in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in high risk elderly. Methods From May 2012 to May 2016， 92 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture over 60 years old treated in Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table， with 46 cases in each group. The treatment group was given closed reduction combined with external fixaton and the control group was given skeletal traction， both of them were followed up for 6 months after operation. The Harris score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The Harris score in the treatment group was higher than that of control group， the incidence of complications in the treatment group was lower than that of control group， with statistically significant differences （P < 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of the closed reduction combined with external fixaton in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in high risk elderly is good. It can reduce the incidence of complications. The advantages are appropriate for elderly patients who are poor tolerance for surgery and with more internal medical diseases. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
