　　5月31日，山東省暨濟(jì)南市紀(jì)念“六五”世界環(huán)境日宣傳活動和“中國環(huán)境與健康宣傳周”――“生態(tài)齊魯?和諧全運(yùn)”啟動儀式，在濟(jì)南市市中區(qū)熱烈舉行，山東省、濟(jì)南市及濟(jì)南軍區(qū)有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)參加了啟動儀式。

　　據(jù)了解，濟(jì)南市環(huán)境保護(hù)移動宣傳服務(wù)站是用兩輛大巴車改造而成的。其設(shè)計(jì)制作和功能定位堅(jiān)持“以人為本，節(jié)能減排”的原則，主題為“生態(tài)泉城綠色全運(yùn)”，體現(xiàn)宣傳示范作用，突出互動和服務(wù)功能。
　　在服務(wù)站車體設(shè)計(jì)制作方面，該汽車的動力采用天然氣發(fā)動機(jī)，排放達(dá)標(biāo)，無噪聲污染；車頂設(shè)置太陽能電池板，車內(nèi)用電均來自太陽能電池，照明采用節(jié)能燈具；車體、車上設(shè)施所用材料均為環(huán)保材料；車體繪制的泉水、荷花、柳樹、泉標(biāo)以及奧體中心的主體外觀，處處體現(xiàn)出綠色生態(tài)泉城特色。在服務(wù)站功能設(shè)計(jì)方面，圍繞全市環(huán)保中心工作，充分考慮社會各界的需求，將車內(nèi)分為咨詢服務(wù)、環(huán)保試驗(yàn)、環(huán)保模型展示、環(huán)保圖書角、多媒體演示、市民互動以及展板七個區(qū)域。

　　據(jù)了解，這兩個流動的環(huán)保宣傳服務(wù)站是濟(jì)南市環(huán)保局領(lǐng)導(dǎo)前往德國考察時引進(jìn)的項(xiàng)目。在德國柏林，濟(jì)南市環(huán)保局發(fā)現(xiàn)了類似的環(huán)保流動站，便有意將此先進(jìn)項(xiàng)目引進(jìn)濟(jì)南，濟(jì)南市政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對此項(xiàng)目也給予了充分重視。當(dāng)濟(jì)南市環(huán)保局相關(guān)人士向德國相關(guān)部門表達(dá)這一想法時，該部門相關(guān)人士表示非常驚喜和贊賞。

　　Environmental Protection on Wheels
　　Recently, Jinan established an itinerant environmental protection publicity service station on bus wheels. This publicity service station was created out of two buses. It insists on the principle of “human-oriented, energy saving and emission reduction”. The theme is “Ecological Spring City and Green National Games”.
　　The service station uses a natural engine and reaches the emission standard without any noise pollution. The solar panel is installed on the vehicle roof to providing electricity for the whole vehicle. The lighting equipment is energy saving lights. All the materials in the whole vehicle are environmental protection materials. The spring water, lotus, willows, spring symbol, and the Olympic Sports Center are all drawn on the body of the vehicle. In the aspect of functional design, the service station can be divided into seven parts: consulting service, environmental protection test, environmental protection model display, environmental protection reading corner, multimedia demonstration, citizen interaction, and exhibition board.
　　
　　The consulting service area answers citizens’ questions about environmental protection and distributes publicity materials. The environmental protection test area is equipped with some environmental protection detection gear like noise detection equipment, handset radiation detection equipment, and PH detection equipment. The environmental protection model display area provides the models of an urban wastewater treatment project, a domestic waste treatment project, and a flue gas desulfurization project for the citizens to understand the basics and gain knowledge of pollution treatment projects. The environmental protection reading corner provides books and magazines about environmental protection for the citizens. The citizen interaction area uses computers and touch screens to show the laws and rules of environmental protection, working responsibility, working procedure, and the knowledge of environmental protection. The multimedia demonstration area uses a multimedia player system to screen publicity films and special TV programs about environmental protection. The exhibition board area outside the bus has 12 boards which show the situation of environmental protection, working measures, and the knowledge of environmental protection.
　　The itinerant environmental protection publicity service station has been to squares, communities, universities, middle schools, primary schools, enterprises, and rural areas in Jinan to provide a consulting service and communicate with the citizens, winning praise from the people of Jinan.
