《當(dāng)幸福來(lái)敲門》
影片講了一個(gè)小人物通過(guò)艱苦奮斗終至成功的故事，當(dāng)然這個(gè)故事來(lái)自于真人真事，它的原型是美國(guó)百萬(wàn)富翁克里斯·加德納(ChrisGardner)，他曾經(jīng)流浪、入獄，但從未放棄實(shí)踐理想——當(dāng)一名股票經(jīng)紀(jì)人。他把二十五年的奮斗故事寫成書、拍成電影，向世人證明：只要今天夠努力，幸福的明天就會(huì)來(lái)！
他不是不努力, 只是常和好運(yùn)氣擦肩而過(guò)。他不能不算好爸爸, 至少他盡力給他一個(gè)依靠, 沒(méi)有拋下孩子。但是, 我看到這片中某個(gè)面向, 關(guān)于現(xiàn)實(shí)夫妻, 多數(shù)并非出現(xiàn)大問(wèn)題, 卻無(wú)法共同牽手度過(guò)貧賤生活。
另一個(gè)讓我印象深刻的部分是 : 下班排隊(duì)搶一個(gè)床位......舊金山這個(gè)夢(mèng)想的天堂, 其實(shí)并非表面上見(jiàn)到的光鮮。
生活中許多人都在為溫飽努力著，看著這電影, 會(huì)覺(jué)自己超級(jí)幸福, 雖然平凡也平淡....
可能與職業(yè)有關(guān)吧，我覺(jué)得這部片子除了個(gè)人奮斗和父子情深，還是一部非常優(yōu)秀的銷售培訓(xùn)電影。前些日子《圈子與圈套》與《輸贏》這樣的商戰(zhàn)小說(shuō)，都被貼上了銷售培訓(xùn)類小說(shuō)，其實(shí)，也僅僅是反映了商場(chǎng)如戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)，一個(gè)小人物，普通人物如何通過(guò)銷售來(lái)改變自己的命運(yùn)，過(guò)上自己喜歡過(guò)的生活，體驗(yàn)其間之悲辛，本片堪稱銷售培訓(xùn)的情景教科書。
既然如此，我們有必要重新進(jìn)入片中，對(duì)影片中Chris Gardner一些行為做一些分析，看看在他身上，都體現(xiàn)著優(yōu)秀銷售人員什么樣的品質(zhì)。
一、做銷售要有追求，不僅僅為了錢，ChrisGardner是為幸福，給兒子，給家庭的，為了過(guò)上好日子，為了改變命運(yùn)。有好的動(dòng)機(jī)，才會(huì)產(chǎn)生不滿向上的
動(dòng)力，沒(méi)有的追求，其格自低，其成就既不會(huì)大也不長(zhǎng)久。吳阿侖剛寫了一篇文章：沒(méi)有欲望，你就成不了企業(yè)家，同理，沒(méi)有欲望，你也成不了業(yè)務(wù)員，而且你的欲望要實(shí)在而強(qiáng)烈，臺(tái)灣叫做企圖心。
二、銷售要有必勝的信念支持，不懼一時(shí)的倒霉。ChrisGardner從來(lái)沒(méi)懷疑過(guò)“只要今天夠努力，幸福的明天就會(huì)來(lái)”的信條，所以他不會(huì)因一時(shí)的失敗，不相信生活，不相信他人，他屢敗而會(huì)屢戰(zhàn)，有無(wú)窮的信心，不管自己身受多大的苦，站在客戶面前，馬上進(jìn)入狀態(tài)，而且不讓自己的不幸和不開心來(lái)感染他人。
三、臉皮不厚如何爭(zhēng)取機(jī)會(huì)。曾經(jīng)有人，用“膽大、心細(xì)、臉皮厚”來(lái)形容銷售人員的特征，在有厚黑傳統(tǒng)的國(guó)度里，國(guó)人大多既厚且黑，生意人可以這樣，但是要建立豐富的客戶人脈的銷售人員，最好是厚而不黑，你他媽黑，誰(shuí)還和你玩，誰(shuí)愿與你建立長(zhǎng)期合作關(guān)系，還給你介紹客戶，成為你的powerpartner。ChrisGardner是如何做的？看見(jiàn)成功的人士，主動(dòng)友好上前溝通，詢問(wèn)其成功之道；在不占優(yōu)勢(shì)的情況下，一次一次聯(lián)系面試者進(jìn)行爭(zhēng)取，厚著臉皮與面試著同坐出租車，不厭其煩推銷自己；和客戶一起看棒球賽的時(shí)候，也試著強(qiáng)行推銷，雖然在有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的業(yè)務(wù)人眼里，這是不可取的。當(dāng)然，臉皮厚肯定也能忍，
ChrisGardner的妻子不相信嘲弄他時(shí)，也不改其想，并付諸大量行動(dòng)。其實(shí)，臉皮厚是一個(gè)人情商高低的體現(xiàn)，情商高的人，比一般人更能爭(zhēng)取機(jī)會(huì)，他們?cè)趯?shí)際境遇不佳時(shí)，臉皮厚是無(wú)可厚非的最佳策略。
四、銷售要有足夠的耐心。片中用很長(zhǎng)的一個(gè)片斷來(lái)表，ChrisGardner在絕境時(shí)，只能通過(guò)賣掉他追回來(lái)的一臺(tái)骨刺掃描儀，才能解決生存之困，但一切并不順利，儀器出問(wèn)題了，他并不著急，幾個(gè)晚上在在救濟(jì)所中，兒子睡后，他開始修理工作，中間為買一個(gè)元器件，他還去賣血，他相信自己可以搞定，最后終于賣出去了，這個(gè)過(guò)程很長(zhǎng)，但他沒(méi)有氣餒。
五、基本銷售的流程不復(fù)雜，基本的銷售工作不浪漫，還很煩燥。
ChrisGardner的上司告訴他，只有打更多的電話，才會(huì)有更多的潛在客戶；只有聯(lián)系更多的潛在客戶，才會(huì)有實(shí)際拜訪客戶；只有更多的實(shí)際拜訪客戶，才會(huì)簽更多的合同。是啊，基本的銷售就是這樣的，再好的點(diǎn)子，計(jì)劃，都代替不了最基本的工作。ChrisGardner爭(zhēng)取在比別人少的時(shí)間內(nèi)，打更多的電話，他連喝水的時(shí)間都顧不上，在這樣的一天一天努力下，Chris Gardner終有突破和斬獲，他預(yù)成功了一個(gè)重要的客戶，他的銷售從此非同一般。
六、銷售人員的成功必須管理好時(shí)間。這是我們現(xiàn)在一直強(qiáng)調(diào)的時(shí)間管理，尤其是銷售人員。ChrisGardner為了生計(jì)與工作，很多鏡頭都看到其在跑，撞車丟一只鞋也在所不惜，他老在奔跑，他總在爭(zhēng)取時(shí)間，他盡力做到守時(shí)。所謂銷售就是過(guò)了這個(gè)點(diǎn)就沒(méi)這道菜了，一個(gè)人對(duì)時(shí)間的支配往往決定了其高下或成功失敗，這好象是青木仁志在他的書中一句話。
七、銷售人員要不斷學(xué)習(xí)超越。不斷學(xué)習(xí)各種銷售技能，了解最新資訊與信息，使自己的知識(shí)面寬廣，使自己的頭腦處一種分析思考狀態(tài)。ChrisGardner在如此困苦的情形下，堅(jiān)持看書學(xué)習(xí)，唯有如此，才能讓其脫穎而出。陳安之講
過(guò)，一個(gè)人因與客戶交流老子，而拉大單，ChrisGardner則是幫面試者搞定魔方，而獲得機(jī)會(huì)。在有寬廣知識(shí)面的情形下，銷售人員最好有自己獨(dú)特出眾的一方面能力，能為別人解決問(wèn)題最好，而這一切，都是學(xué)習(xí)帶來(lái)的，沒(méi)有這種習(xí)慣，你不可能改變你的現(xiàn)實(shí)和生活，更不適合做銷售。
八、銷售態(tài)度、能力和行動(dòng)，行動(dòng)最重要。ChrisGardner想成功，他有強(qiáng)烈的企圖心，他有好的西服親切禮貌的溝通語(yǔ)言，最重要的是，他主動(dòng)去做了，比別人投入的行動(dòng)都多，無(wú)薪實(shí)習(xí)期，他拿下31個(gè)客戶，這也是20個(gè)人中只留下他的重要原因。當(dāng)他約見(jiàn)客戶遲到后，他會(huì)再一次親自上顧客家里道謝，再一次爭(zhēng)取機(jī)會(huì)，并有幸與客戶一起看棒比賽，他最后成功了，他不靠天不靠地，他靠自己，該做的，他都做了，他付出了大量的行動(dòng)。只有你夠努力，明天幸福一定來(lái)，正是如此。
九、銷售建立人脈很重要。青木仁志干脆稱為powerpartner，翻譯過(guò)來(lái)是“有力的合作伙伴”。ChrisGardner正是因?yàn)橐粋�(gè)關(guān)鍵的客戶，通過(guò)棒球比賽認(rèn)識(shí)客戶的很多朋友，業(yè)績(jī)才直線而上，建立自己的客戶關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)，為此，你必須有策略，僅僅別人告訴你的幾個(gè)技巧是不管用的，你需要什么樣的客戶和合作伙伴，你能為對(duì)方提供什么價(jià)值，通過(guò)什么方式，怎么管理？這應(yīng)該是投資，你投資的越有策略，投資的越大，你的回報(bào)也越大。一般來(lái)說(shuō)，有影響力的人建立人脈容易，做個(gè)有影響力的人可不容易，但既然你想做個(gè)好的銷售人員，想通過(guò)銷售來(lái)改變你的人生，那你就不能拒絕自己成為一個(gè)有影響力的人，某一方面也可以，很好玩也能影響別人，如春風(fēng)化雨潤(rùn)物無(wú)聲，影響無(wú)處不在，做為一個(gè)銷售人員需要加強(qiáng)修練。
這真是一部好片子，我想做營(yíng)銷的或是做銷售的，總之與業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān)的人，一定想我一樣，看了片子覺(jué)得有很多很熟悉的東西，很激動(dòng)人心的東西，它們也發(fā)生在我們身上。努力，朋友們！

When Chris is selling his blood, his mood is complex. First, his eyes were wandering and staring aimlessly. Perhaps, the suffering and difficulties are so much in his life, he may feel tired, he may hesitate his choice, whether it is right or not. Probably He never thought that one day he relies on selling his blood to sustain life. He was always confident, positive and optimistic. His success is not easy . On his way to success, he has paid more than other people. First of all, his expression was calm. Because his efforts finally blossom. He proved himself. Secondly, his expression is bitter. In his pursuit of happiness, he experienced many difficulties and setbacks. His wife left him. He and his son lived on the street. He was forced to sell blood and so on. When he thought these things, his heart was bitter. Finally, his expression is happiness. His efforts were not in vain. Witnessing Chris’ experiences by all, I sympathize with him. I hate these people who lack of compassion. His living conditions is better than Chris, however, his friend shut him. He prefer to lose a friend rather than to pay dozens of dollars. If Chris borrow money from him, what he will do? This is the differences between the east and west.
But for the apartment and the motel owners, I can understand them. They have no obligation to provide free housing. If I were them, I would do as they do. In my opinion, Americans pay more attention to the interests.
7. Do you think American way of life is perfect? If not why and what?
No, absolutely not. Americans are brave. To pursuit their own happiness, they can be crazy without considering the consequences. We must respect others and consider the feelings of other people. If happiness is built on the suffering of others, it is not true happiness.
My happiness is very simple. Maybe be a teacher, I can teach a lesson; Maybe I can buy a beautiful dress with my friends; Maybe I can cook a meal for my mother and so on. All in all, happiness is a simple life, serious work and steadfast personhood. we should care and love everyone around us and engaged in more meaningful and valuable affairs .
8. What implications can you get when Chris finally is walking on the street as a successful man after great deal of hardships and setbacks?

Of course, everyone's growth is not going smoothly. When we faced with difficult and frustration, we must firmly believe our choices. Sometimes failure and success is one step away. When we succeed, we may also lose something. In the process of struggle, you may be lonely, we cannot be understood. But, we must adhere and endure loneliness. Therefore, we must cherish our life.
We can only take setbacks as a kind of wealth, success is built on basis of failures.
