[摘要] 目的 探討降鈣素聯(lián)合臭氧、透明質(zhì)酸鈉對膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者Lequesne評分及關(guān)節(jié)指數(shù)積分的影響，為膝關(guān)節(jié)炎患者臨床治療提供理論參考。方法 方便選擇2015年1月—2017年7月該院收治的膝關(guān)節(jié)炎患者200例，隨機(jī)分為兩組，每組100例；在常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上，對照組患者采用臭氧、透明質(zhì)酸鈉治療，觀察組患者在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上加用降鈣素治療；采用膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎嚴(yán)重性指數(shù)（Lequesne）比較兩組患者膝關(guān)節(jié)炎治療情況，根據(jù)治療后患者關(guān)節(jié)指數(shù)積分進(jìn)步情況對評價臨床療效。結(jié)果 治療后，兩組患者Lequesne評分均降低，且觀察組（6.37±1.33）分低于對照組（8.89±1.38）分；觀察組治療總有效率（96.0%）明顯高于對照組（81.0%），差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 降鈣素聯(lián)合醫(yī)用臭氧、透明質(zhì)酸鈉能夠有效降低膝關(guān)節(jié)炎患者Lequesne評分，療效確切，臨床推廣價值高。

　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the effects of calcitonin combined with ozone and sodium hyaluronate on Lequesne score and joint index score in patients with knee osteoarthritis， and to provide theoretical reference for the clinical treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 200 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis from January 2015 to July 2017 in this hospital were conveient selected， and were randomly divided into two groups， with 100 patients each group； On the basis of conventional treatment， the control group was given ozone and sodium hyaluronate for treatment， and the observation group was treated with calcitonin on the basis of control group； The knee osteoarthritis severity index （Lequesne） was compared for the treatment of knee arthritis in two groups， according to the progress of the patients’ joint index scores， the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results After treatment， Lequesne scores decreased in both groups， and the scores of observation group （6.37±1.33） points was lower than control group （8.89±1.38） points， the total effective rate of observation group（96.0%） was significantly higher than control group （81.0%）， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Calcitonin combined with medical ozone and sodium hyaluronate can effectively reduce the Lequesne score in patients with knee osteoarthritis， the curative effect is exact， the clinical popularization value is high.

　　膝關(guān)節(jié)炎是指膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎，是一種以退行性病理改變（包含關(guān)節(jié)軟骨代謝紊亂和降解等）為基礎(chǔ)的慢性關(guān)節(jié)炎性疾病，在中老年群體中發(fā)病率較高，60歲以上人群的發(fā)病率高達(dá)42.8%，在75歲人群中發(fā)病率高達(dá)80.0%，是造成患者肢體殘疾的重要病因之一[1]。隨著我國人口老齡化的加重，世界衛(wèi)生組織預(yù)測我國將成為膝關(guān)節(jié)炎數(shù)量最多的國家之一，且由于膝關(guān)節(jié)炎致殘率較高，會使患者失去勞動能力，對患者正常生活造成負(fù)擔(dān)，因此，膝關(guān)節(jié)炎的治療十分重要[2]。膝關(guān)節(jié)炎致病原因多，在臨床治療上存在較大阻礙，目前臨床上以非藥物保守治療及手術(shù)治療為主，以求達(dá)到消炎、緩解關(guān)節(jié)疼痛的作用。該研究探討該院2015年1月—2017年7月期間100例服用降鈣素聯(lián)合臭氧、透明質(zhì)酸鈉的膝關(guān)節(jié)炎患者與100例采用臭氧、透明質(zhì)酸鈉治療的膝關(guān)節(jié)炎患者治療前后膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎嚴(yán)重性指數(shù)（Lequesne）評分及關(guān)節(jié)指數(shù)積分的比較，現(xiàn)報道如下。
