消化內(nèi)鏡檢查患者心理應(yīng)激反應(yīng)與綜合護(hù)理管理干預(yù)方案研究

【摘要】 目的:研究消化內(nèi)鏡檢查患者心理應(yīng)激反應(yīng)與綜合護(hù)理管理干預(yù)方案。方法:選擇2015年6月-2016年6月醫(yī)院接收的消化內(nèi)鏡檢查患者136例,隨機(jī)分為對照組和觀察組,每組68例。兩組患者均行常規(guī)消化內(nèi)鏡檢查,對照組患者采用常規(guī)基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理方法,觀察組患者在常規(guī)護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)上,針對患者心理應(yīng)激反應(yīng),采取綜合護(hù)理管理方法。對比兩組患者護(hù)理前后的焦慮和抑郁情況,以及檢查依從性和檢查積極性。結(jié)果:護(hù)理前,兩組患者SAS、SDS評分比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05);護(hù)理后,觀察組患者SAS評分(35.45±2.13)分,SDS評分(37.18±2.06)分,均低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=3.64、4.11,P<0.05)。護(hù)理后,觀察組患者依從率97.06%,積極率94.12%,均高于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(字2=22.37、14.97,P<0.05)。結(jié)論:在消化內(nèi)鏡檢查中,針對患者產(chǎn)生的心理應(yīng)激反應(yīng)采用綜合護(hù)理管理干預(yù)方案進(jìn)行護(hù)理,能夠有效確保檢查的順利進(jìn)行。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the psychological stress response and integrated nursing management intervention scheme of patients with digestive endoscopy.Method:A total of 136 patients with digestive endoscopy were selected from June 2015 to June 2016.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,68 patients in each group.Two groups of patients were received normal digestive endoscopy,and the control group was treated by nursing methods on a regular basis,the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing management methods towards psychological stress reaction on the basis of conventional nursing..Compared the anxiety and depression before and after care,check compliance and check positivity of two groups of patients.Result:Before nursing,there were no significant differences of the SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS score of the observation group was (35.45±2.13)points,and the SDS score was (37.18±2.06)points,which were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=3.64,4.11,P<0.05).After nursing,the compliance rate of the observation group was 97.06% and the positive rate was 94.12%,which were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(字2=22.37,14.97,P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of endoscopic endoscopy,the nursing management intervention scheme on psychological stress of patients is used to ensure the smooth progress of the examination.

消化內(nèi)鏡檢查是目前臨床上一種十分常用的診斷檢查技術(shù),主要用于診斷和治療消化道疾病。由于消化內(nèi)鏡檢查是一種侵入性操作,難免會(huì)對患者造成不良影響,導(dǎo)致患者產(chǎn)生緊張、焦慮、恐懼等不良的心理情緒,進(jìn)而對檢查的正常進(jìn)行造成影響[1]。對此,針對患者在消化內(nèi)鏡檢查過程中產(chǎn)生的心理應(yīng)激反應(yīng),應(yīng)當(dāng)采取有效的綜合護(hù)理管理干預(yù)方案進(jìn)行護(hù)理,緩解和消除患者的不良情緒,提高患者檢查依從性和積極性,確保檢查的順利進(jìn)行,得到更為準(zhǔn)確的檢查結(jié)果[2]。基于此,本文選擇2015年6月-2016年6月醫(yī)院接收的消化內(nèi)鏡檢查患者136例,研究了消化內(nèi)鏡檢查患者心理應(yīng)激反應(yīng)與綜合護(hù)理管理干預(yù)方案,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
